Lovely villa with a large private pool near Porec

Book Villa Deep near Porec and you will not be disappointed! This lovely villa has a total of 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 10 persons, which makes it ideal for a family vacation. On the ground floor you will find a spacious living room with a pool table, as well as a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area.
One of the bedrooms, which has a private bathroom, is also on the ground floor. The remaining three bedrooms are located on the upper floor, from where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the surroundings. From the ground floor you have a direct access to the terrace, located right next to the glorious, inviting pool. Villa Deep is air conditioned, has WiFi, a TV in every bedroom and a playground for the youngest guests. For relaxing moments with family and friends, there is a Finnish sauna and whirlpool, as well as a newly renovated lounge area by the pool where you can enjoy the warm summer breeze while reading your favourite book. Charger for electric vehicles is available free of charge.

Beautiful Villa Deep is located in a peaceful and picturesque village of Musalez near Porec, an attractive tourist destination in Istria. Nearest beaches are just 4 km from the villa. Here you will find well groomed stone and gravel beaches and turquoise Adriatic Sea, which have been awarded with Blue Flags for quality standards. In Porec you can find all kinds of entertainment, from sports activities to restaurants bars and nightclubs, however the city is mostly know for its rich cultural heritage. Porec is a former Roman colony that reached its peak during the reign of a Byzantine emperor Justinian. The breathtaking Euphrasius-Basillica, currently under the protection of UNESCO, is probably the best indicator of the glory of this era. Areas of interest include the medieval towns of Motovun and Groznjan as well as the seaside towns of Rovinj and Vrsar. A little further afield, the Brijuni islands, the Roman amphitheatre in Pula and a day trip to Venice are all easily reached from this region.

Lovely villa in a great locations just 10 minutes drive from Poreč old town. Supermarkets close by. Villa hosts - Kajita and her partner Dalibor were very welcoming and helpful. We arrived late at night due to flight delays and they were there to welcome us. Filled us in with useful local information and they were always at the end of the phone if there were any problems. Beds very comfortable and great set up for families. All amenities you need for your stay. Only regret is we wish we’d stayed longer. Thank you Katija and Dalibor - good luck with the baby ❤️
