Beautiful country villa near Porec

Villa Genia I is a beautiful semi-detached country villa surrounded by forest. The Villa is located near the village of Katun, about 12 kilometers from Porec and its beaches.
The house was built in 2013. and furnished with quality rustic furniture. With more than 150 m2 divided into two floors, this Villa can accommodate up to 8 guests. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen, dining room with terrace, living room with fireplace and a sofa bed for two extra persons, one double bedroom and a shower bathroom. On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms each with its own bathroom and a terrace. On the partially fenced 1000 m2 garden with a lovely lawn, there is a 24m2 private swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers. There is also an outdoor shower, a spacious covered terrace with garden furniture, and a barbecue where you can enjoy some unforgettable moments with family and friends. Villa Genia I is completely air-conditioned and equipped with digital satellite TV and wireless internet. There are also 3 parking spaces available for our guests. .

This villa is situated in the small village Katun, on the outskirts of Baderna. Baderna is a charming istrian picturesque village near the town of Porec, the famous and tourist awards champion pearl of the Adriatic. Baderna is situated 10 kilometers from the sea, isolated from the urban rush, while at the same time strategically nested near the intersection of the main istrian tourist routes. All you need is there: the post office, a grocery store, a gas station and few restaurants. Istrian tourist pearls: Opatija, Rovinj, Pula, Trieste, Koper, Piran, Portoroz, Umag and Novigrad are less than an hour away, so you only have to choose whether to meditate surrounded by olive groves and vineyards, enjoy the Istrian eno-gastronomics delicacies, or have good time in the surroundings. Car is recommended.

Villa Genia (l)... Besser kann man es nicht beschreiben. Alles war genauso wie beschrieben und teilweise besser. Wir wurden super herzlich empfangen und über die zwei Wochen auch perfekt betreut, wenn wir Fragen oder Wünsche hatten. Wir freuen uns schon riesig auf den nächsten Besuch.
Lovely villa, tranquil location. Hosts were excellent, whole process was very easy, will stay again hopefully. Thanks so much for a lovely stay.
