Given that it is located right on the coast, all the charms of a summer holiday with a multitude of beaches such as the beaches Funtana, Puntica and the dog beach Bijela Uvala are at your fingertips. Visit the beautiful town of Vrsar, only 4 km away, or go on a one-day trip to Poreč, which is best known for the Euphrasian Basilica. The basilica was built in the 6th century during the time of Bishop Euphrasius and Emperor Justinian I, and is a characteristic monument of Byzantine art. It has even been declared a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage.
