Charming Villa Lanca located in Istria in a beautiful natural environment will provide you with a peaceful and relaxing holiday. The villa offers accommodation for a total of 8 people in a pleasant environment with Istrian details and a modern interior.

The villa is surrounded by nature and greenery, and in the courtyard of the villa, there is a small olive garden. The ground floor of the villa is an open type with a living room, equipped kitchen and dining room, one-bedroom, and bathroom. On the first floor, there are three rooms with three bathrooms with en suite bedrooms. The yard of the villa is 4282 m2 has an olive garden next to which there is a children's playground for the youngest guests, a private pool, and an outdoor terrace with a barbecue, table, and chairs to enjoy dinner. The stone walls in certain parts of the villa give the villa a charming look in Mediterranean style. Refresh yourself in the private pool and enjoy a drink on the sun loungers in the beautiful Istrian surroundings. For additional entertainment, there are darts and table tennis. Villa Lanca is located in the small municipality of Sveti Lovrec, also known as San Lorenzo del Pasenatico. In a beautiful location, the villa offers its guests the opportunity to explore the surroundings of the smaller towns and their restaurants serving famous Istrian specialities. The surrounding area offers numerous recreational opportunities: Cycling, horse riding, jogging, hiking and much more. The nearest beach with crystal clear water is located in Vrsar, 10 km from the villa. Nearby are the well-known coastal towns of Porec and Rovinj. Stroll through the romantic streets of Rovinj and come across the Baroque Church of St. Euphemia and the Town Palace. Culinary lovers should not miss the Monte restaurant, which has earned a Michelin star. We also recommend a boat trip to the Rovinj archipelago. In Porec, visit the Euphrasius Basilica (UNESCO World Heritage Site). Here you will find a variety of cafés, bars and restaurants. The medieval hilltop towns of Motovun and Groznjan are also worth a visit.

Die Villa hat alles gehalten was wir uns davon versprochen haben. Moderne Ausstattung alles auf einen Top Standard. Ruhig gelegen aber auch nicht weit zum nächsten Ort oder auch zum Strand. Großer Pool und sehr schöner Außengrill. Für zwei Familien mit jeweils 4 Personen ein absoluter Traum.

Dieses Ferienhaus kann ich wirklich weiterempfehlen! Sehr ruhig gelegen und doch können viele sehenswerte Orte schnell erreicht werden. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig geschnitten und auch der Pool ist ausreichend groß. Die Vermieter sind extrem nett! Alles in allem ist das Objekt auch seinen Preis wert!

Le foto sono realistiche al 100% e la villa è molto bella, sì trova in mezzo alla campagna in posizione tranquillissima. Ok non è sul mare, ma è tutto talmente bello che vorresti stare tutto il giorno in villa. E in ogni caso in 20 minuti si arriva a Porec o Rovigno. Le camere sono molto spaziose, i bagni sono nuovi e moderni, c'è la piscina con acqua salata, lo spazio esterno per mangiare con grill in muratura è il top, per non parlare del giardino enorme. Tavolo da ping pong, darts, non manca nulla per stare bene. In cucina c'è tutto, compresa lavastoviglie. Dijego è molto simpatico e gentile, e i suoceri sono persone fantastiche. Io penso che prima o poi ci tornerò!

We loved everything about Villa Lanca! This is a beautifully restored villa in a quiet place, a few km from Sveti Lovrec, a lovely village in central Istria. The owners welcomed us nicely and were reachable and very helpful. There was a plenty of space for everyone in our family of 4 adults and 3 kids, the kitchen was big and well equipped, every room had its own bathroom with a shower. The kids just loved the pool with a crystal clear salt water. The garden was nice and big and there was a lot of possibilities to walk around or to go for a bike ride. You can sea the sea from the villa and it takes 20-30 minutes to reach beaches (and there are many of them around). The house corresponds with pictures and has everything what you might need for a relaxing holiday. The wi-fi was a bit weak sometimes, but even this can be a positive thing if you want to spend your holiday far away from stress, what was our case.
