Splendid villa with private pool near Porec

Villa Laura An is the perfect choice if you are looking for a relaxing holiday, away from the hustle and bustle of the big city. This beautiful villa with pool is located in a small village, not far from the town of Porec.
Apart from the tempting pool, one of the highlights of this great villa is certainly the sea view, which can be enjoyed from all bedrooms as well as the outside area. The open ground floor offers a living room with dining area and kitchen, from where you have direct access to the pool and the covered terrace. A bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom, as well as a guest WC can also found on the ground floor. All bedrooms have a double bed, ensuite bathroom, TV and air conditioning, making your stay in this villa even more comfortable. The remaining three bedrooms are located on the first floor. One of the bedrooms has a covered balcony with a cozy seating area, from where a beautiful view extends over the surroundings and the sea in the distance. Relax on the cozy sun island by the pool, make use of the barbecue and prepare a delicious meal for the whole family and let the kids have fun in the garden and pool. :).

The beautiful Villa Laura An is located in a small village called Deklici, which belongs to the municipality of Kastelir-Labinci. The municipality is located about 10 km north of the city of Poreč - the most famous and probably most popular holiday destination in this part of Istria. A grocery store, bakery and restaurant are within walking distance. Kastelir is surrounded by lush mediterranean vegetation, olive groves, vineyards and fields and is known for its gastronomic offer, especially for truffles and wine. Porec, with its beautiful beaches and a rich offer of leisure activities is just a short drive away. Here you will also find one of the most beautiful works of art in the world - the Euphrasian Basilica, built in the 6th century in byzantine style. In the immediate vicinity is also the award-winning water park Istralandia, the ideal place for a fun day with the entire family.
