Beautiful villa with private pool near Porec

This beautiful villa is located just a short drive away from Istria´s tourist and historical centers. It is set within a spacious, completely enclosed and carefully tended garden with a private pool, and offers everything necessary for a relaxing family holiday.
The villa can accommodate up to 8 persons in 4 comfortably furnished bedrooms. The ground floor features a cozy and spacious living room with a fireplace, which is connected with the kitchen and dining area, as well as one bathroom. There is also a sauna, a perfect place to relax in peace and privacy. On the first floor are 4 bedrooms; three with a double bed, and one with two single beds, and 3 bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, as well as access to the covered terrace, the ideal place to drink your morning coffee. From the ground floor you have direct access to the big, carefully tended garden with a private pool and an outside dining area with a barbecue. Whether you just want to relax on one of the sun loungers, or enjoy fresh-made meals of the grill, while your children play around, this villa offers it all. .

Marasi is a small village 15 km from Porec, the largest tourist spot in Istria. Shop and restaurants can be found within a few km from the villa. The spectacular natural reserve of the Lim Bay is home to a well-known fish and oyster farm, as well as a popular free climbing spot. Also, if you are looking for an active way to spend your holiday, there is a variety of summer sports and activities to enjoy, like hiking, cycling, and horseback riding. Porec is the tourist hotspot of Istria with a rich cultural heritage. You can relax on one of the beautiful beaches, or visit some of the museums, galleries and old city palaces the town has to offer. We highly recommend exploring the historical treasures of Porec, like the breathtaking Euphrasius Basilica, under the protection of UNESCO. The Basilica was built in the 6th century and is considered to be one of the most beautiful works of art in the world. Heavenly beaches, traditional gastronomy, and ancient monuments are just some of the reasons why you should visit and explore Porec and the surrounding area.

Wir haben mit 4 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern einen tollen Urlaub in der wunderschönen Villa verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und top gepflegt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett. Alles ist gut durchdacht und insbesondere die Außenanlage mit Pool, Pavillon und Grill ist wunderbar.
The house is absolutely beautiful, even better than shown on the pictures! It’s clean, spacious and has all the facilities that you need. The bedrooms are spacious, good beds and all rooms have airconditioning. The garden is well kept and offers enough privacy and shade, and it goes along with an BBQ! The pool is perfect as well. We (2 families with young kids) had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this place!
