Villa with a beautiful environment in Istria

Beautiful Villa Pilati is located in the heart of Istria in an idyllic natural environment, which offers its guests a garden with seasonal vegetables, an orchard with cherries, and of course a private pool. This villa also offers its guests various sports activities such as table tennis, goals and ball for mini football, trampoline for children, a badminton set, darts, and a children's playground with a slide and two swings for the youngest guests.
We believe that you will make the most of your time with fun and various activities. Villa Pilati is divided into two floors. The ground floor of the villa has a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, and a tavern. On the first floor of the villa, there are three bedrooms and a relaxing room. In the courtyard of the villa, there is an infinity pool where you can enjoy the view and sunbathe on sun loungers. The garden with seasonal vegetables and the orchard with cherries is located only 50m from the villa and are free to use. Prepare meals and taste homegrown vegetables and fruits. Various activities and the beautiful natural environment of Villa Pilati will give you the vacation you deserve. The nature that surrounds the villa relaxes and we believe you will enjoy every moment.

Beautiful Villa Pilati is located in the heart of Istria in a small village Pilati, not far from Porec. It is located in a beautiful natural environment - isolated from noise and everyday stress. The nature here is truly beautiful and preserved and offers guests the opportunity to explore the region and take nice walks near the villa. It is 25 km away from the beach in Porec where you can enjoy the beautiful stone beaches. If you want to visit local restaurants and cafes, be sure to visit Karojba, 2 km away from the villa, and taste Istrian specialities. Only 50m from the villa there is a garden with homegrown vegetables and planted cherries.

Wir waren im Juli 2023 als Pärchen zum ersten mal zu Gast in der Villa Pilati.und freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Besuch! Gleich von der ersten Minute an, haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Dean und seine Frau haben hier eine liebevolle Wohlfühl-Oase geschaffen und waren unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der traumhafte Ausblick ist das erste, was uns in seinen Bann gezogen hat, Diesen konnten wir einige Tage vom Pool mit leckerem istrischen Wein genießen. Diese Abgeschiedenheit ist genau das Richtige Mittel um zu Entschleunigen und wieder Kraft zu tanken. Die Villa war sehr sauber und überall mit liebevollen Details eingerichtet. Die Besitzer begrüßten uns gleich bei Ankunft mit Leckereien aus der Umgebung. Und im Gemüsegarten um die Ecke konnten wir kleine Zucchini ernten, die vom Grill sehr lecker waren. Und auch der Spaß kommt nicht zu kurz: Tischtennis, Dart, Kinder-Billiard, Trampolin, Schaukel - hier ist für jeden was dabei. Rundum ein perfekter und erholsamer Urlaub! Wir sagen "Hvala"!!! Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in einem traumhaften Haus mit riesigem Garten, tollem Pool und einer bombastischen Aussicht inklusive Sonnenuntergängen direkt über dem Pool. Dejan ist ein perfekter Gastgeber. Zur Begrüßung erwartete uns ein gefüllter Kühlschrank, der Gemüsegarten darf je nach Saison geplündert werden und auch der Grill wird durch ihn gereinigt. Alles in allem ein absolut zu empfehlendes Haus für Familien, die Ruhe suchen und genügend Auslauf für die Kids wollen. Der Ausblick in die Weinberge und die sanfte Hügellandschaft schafft am Abend auch Entspannung bei den Eltern.
