If you step from the terrace into a spacious living room, this Istrian villa will delight you with its modern interior. Beautiful furniture of pleasant colours and smooth lines will provide you with a home atmosphere, while glass walls with a view of the environment will make sure that you do not forget that you are in Istria. From the living room, you will step into the dining room and elegant kitchen of deep colours. Just a few steps further a beautiful wooden staircase leads you to the upper floor where there are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms that will delight you with their modern look. From 2023. gym, infrared sauna, fourth bathroom in the sauna (with shower and toilet) and jacuzzi will be available.

This villa is located near the Istrian town of Visnjan. If you walk through Visnjan, you will experience the long history of this town through the rich cultural heritage that is definitely worth visiting. An unavoidable part of Istrian culture is definitely local festivities, fairs and music concerts that you will encounter in the summer months. In order to fully experience the Istrian culture, we recommend the indigenous gastronomic offer of local taverns that offer specialities of truffles, prosciutto, asparagus and seafood. If you want to visit bigger towns, only a 20-minute drive separates you from the towns of Porec and Novigrad, where you will find a rich offer of cultural events, restaurants that offer a taste of traditional Istrian cuisine and numerous sights that testify to the history of this area.

Wir haben unsere Sommerferien in dieser wunderschönen Villa sehr genossen. Die Übernahme und die Rückgabe verliefen schnell und unkompliziert. Die Gastgeberin Damira war überaus hilfsbereit, freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar. Alles sah genau so aus wie im Internet beschrieben. Der Pool mit der Infrastruktur erstklassig. Das ganze Haus geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sauber und modern. Die Betten waren äusserst bequem. Dank der Lage des Hauses sind die Distanzen zum Meer, nach Poreç oder auf die Autobahn sehr kurz. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen lieben Dank!
We had a wonderful time at the villa, everything is very modern and clean. Beautiful pool, garden and rooms. The location is also really convenient it’s a short drive to Poreç and the supermarket. Also really kind host thanks a lot for the stay!
