Beautiful villa with private pool near Porec

Villa Sabina is a beautiful modern villa with a private pool and four bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people. In the garden of the villa, there is a private pool to refresh yourself on hot days and deckchairs to relax in the sun.

Close to the pool, there is a comfortable lounge where you can enjoy your first cup of coffee or tea in the morning. There is also an outdoor dining area with a barbecue where you can show off your grilling skills. The lounge is perfect for outdoor dining with family and friends. When you enter the villa from the garden, you will find yourself in the spacious open plan living room with a dining area and kitchen. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, both with private bathrooms. One bedroom has a sliding door that leads directly to the garden with a pool. On the second floor, there are two more bedrooms with private bathrooms and a balcony overlooking the garden. Private single-phase socket and secured charger type 2 available for charging electric vehicles (included in the price). This beautiful villa Sabina is located in a small village called Zuzici in the region of Visnjan, about 15 km from Porec. In the streets of the old town of Visnjan the spirit of its rich historical heritage is omnipresent. Visit one of the numerous Istrian taverns in the region of Visnjan and taste delicious delicacies and typical Istrian specialities. Visnjan is known, among other things, for its autochthonous Istrian cattle (boskarin). There is also an internationally known observatory, which is worth a visit. The beautiful town of Porec is known for its culture, tourism and sports. Visit the Euphrasius Basilica (Unesco cultural heritage) in the old town of Porec or enjoy the beaches. Various sports such as tennis, beach volleyball, soccer, horse riding, cycling, hiking, water sports make Porec an attractive destination for excursions.

I don't know where to start. The villa is absolutely amazing, the location is wonderful. The pool, the kitchen, the rooms- all perfect. The villa was everything we expected and more, the house itself is well maintained and clean, it is equipped with everything that you could possibly need making you feel at home. The owners Ivan and Aida are extremely friendly. Their personalities, smiles and kind gestures have made this one of the best experiences we could ever imagine. Without them, this place wouldn't be the same. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for a truly amazing time. I feel as if five stars is just simply not enough, if possible I would give this villa 10 stars. I would highly recommend staying here when in Croatia and will definitely be returning in the next coming year.
