Lovely villa with pool near Porec

If you want to relax in a villa with pool not far from the sea, we recommend Villa Sime. This charming villa offers four bedrooms that can accommodate up to eight guests.
Two bright bedrooms and a bathroom are located on the first floor. One bedroom has a double bed, the other has two single beds. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned and have access to a shared terrace with a beautiful view of the surroundings and the sea. On the ground floor of the villa there are two air-conditioned bedrooms with a double bed and two bathrooms. A cozy and warmly decorated living room with a TV, which is connected to the dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, is also located on the same level. From the living room you have access to a covered terrace with a dining table, overlooking the pool. In the yard of the villa you will find an inviting pool with sun loungers to enjoy the sun. We are sure you will be delighted by the massage curtain waterfall, which not only looks amazing, but is also great for a neck and shoulders massage. In the yard there is also a covered dining area with a barbecue, where you can try out your culinary skills. The villa is fully fenced and has private parking for two cars. Villa Sime is located in small village called Rojci near the town of Poreč. The villa is only a short walk away from the nearest restaurant and shop. We recommend you to visit one of the traditional restaurants and taste local specialties. Not far from the villa you will find the old city of Poreč - one of the tourist hot-spots of the region, with all its sports, gastronomic and fun amenities. The breathtaking Euphrasian Basilica from the UNESCO World heritage list, is the symbol of this town. The nearest beach is approx. 6 km away from the villa. Since the coast is easily reachable by car, you have lots of different beaches to discover on the West coast of Istria. The inland of this part of Istria offers many walking and cycling trails, as well as the opportunity to discover small towns and their cultural and gastronomic specificities. Nature lovers can visit the Baredine Cave near Poreč and explore the underground world. For those looking for an active vacation, we recommend a visit to the Istralandia Aqua Park, one of the most popular water parks not only in Croatia but also in Europe.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft und sehr sauber. Die Lichter plus der Strahl im Pool konnten wir nicht anschalten. Toilettenpapier und Abfallsäcke hat es jeweils nur einen. Ansonsten sehr schön
