Villa Sterpazzi is a traditional Istrian villa with a stone facade and blue shutters. This beautiful villa is surrounded by greenery and flowers, which you will notice by the smell of lavender that spreads through the property.
Take a break from your busy everyday life in this charming, rustic villa for 8 guests with a view of the hills and the sea. Start your well-deserved vacation by jumping into the private pool or reading a book on the sun loungers under the umbrella. The spacious covered terrace is the perfect place to enjoy meals prepared on the outdoor grill or in the fully equipped kitchen. On the ground floor, the kitchen, dining room and living room form one spacious room with an open floor plan, which is directly connected to the terrace through glass doors. An interesting addition to the living room is the fireplace, which will create a special atmosphere, whether in the winter or summer months. This stone villa, despite its rustic exterior, is equipped with all the amenities necessary for modern life - it is fully air-conditioned and has underfloor heating throughout the house. For additional comfort, especially for families with children, there is also a spacious bedroom with an en suite bathroom, and an additional separate toilet on the ground floor.
The soothing environment of the exterior of this house extends into the interior, where your small private spa oasis with sauna and jacuzzi awaits you on the ground floor. Relax completely and leave everyday worries behind in the jacuzzi overlooking the greenery.
On the upper floor you will find three elegantly decorated bedrooms, which, like the bedroom on the ground floor, are fully equipped with king-size beds, TV and air conditioners. The special feature of this villa is that all bedrooms, in addition to the above features, each have their own bathroom and balcony. Just imagine drinking your morning coffee on the balcony of your room with a soothing and amazing view!

The charming, rustic village of Višnjan is located in Istrian inland. Enjoy all the charms that the Istrian continental parts are known for - charming stone-paved villages with winding streets and many craft shops, as well as a phenomenal gastronomic offer. All of the above, along with numerous wineries, can be found in nearby towns such as Grožnjan and Buje. Lovers of cultural events will be delighted by the Motovun Film Festival, both because of the event itself and the special location of the town. Crystal clear sea and beaches in Poreč are only a short drive away. But don't miss the Euphrasian Basilica, which is included in the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage List. For fans of sports and research, there are numerous hiking and biking trails available, and a visit to the Baredine cave is definitely worth it. One-day trips are an ideal opportunity to visit perhaps the most famous cities in Istria - Pula and Rovinj.

Here are our verified guest reviews Villa Sterpazzi
