Charming vila in Pula near the sea

The charming Villa Amosa is located in Pula, a well-known coastal town. It provides everything you need for a nice vacation with family or friends and has the capacity for up to eight guests in four bedrooms.
On hot summer days, you can enjoy wonderful and unforgettable moments in this magnificent villa by cooling down in the private pool outdoors and finding refreshment. Around the pool, there are also sun loungers and outdoor furniture, which is perfect for sipping your morning coffee. On the charcoal grill, feel free to cook delicious dishes and spend the evening with your loved ones. The villa's interior will not let you down either. A spacious living room, a kitchen with a dining area, a double-sized bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower are all located on the ground level. On the first floor, there are three additional lovely bedrooms with air conditioning, two of which have single beds and one of which has a double bed. Additionally, there are two bathrooms on this floor. There is also private parking and an internet connection. Have a pleasant holiday in Istria while relaxing in Vila Amosa's tranquil setting! P.S. Villa Amosa is located in the coastal city of Pula, at the tip of the Croatian peninsula of Istria. Among the wide selection of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants in the old town of Pula, you will find the historic amphitheatre, which is one of the largest in the world. A variety of concerts, events and festivals are organised here. Fantastic beaches with crystal clear water can be found around Pula. We recommend a day trip to the Brijuni National Park. Brijuni is a small archipelago of 14 individual islands that are under nature protection. Tourist towns such as Rovinj and Porec are easy to reach and highly recommended. Medieval hilltop towns of Motovun and Groznjan are within easy reach and well worth a visit. In terms of its central location, Pula is an excellent starting point to explore all the natural beauty and sights of Istria.

Sehr schönes und vorallem gepflegtes Haus! Der Vermieter war sehr nett und freundlich. Sehr zu empfehlen!
Casa bellissima con tutte le comodità possibili, la piscina è piccola e non sempre al sole, ma piacevole per concludere le giornate al mare!!
