Do you want to relax in a modern villa near the sea? Then Villa Aquarius is the ideal place to fulfil your wishes. The villa can accommodate fourteen people and offers seven bedrooms with private bathrooms, a private pool and a beautiful sea view.
The first floor of the villa has an entrance hall, an equipped kitchen with a dining area, a living room and a bedroom with a separate bathroom and a separate toilet. On the second floor, there are three bedrooms with separate bathrooms, one bedroom with two beds and a separate bathroom, and a terrace with a beautiful sea view. Wake up every morning and enjoy your coffee with a panoramic view. Enjoy your vacation with family and friends at the Croatian Adriatic Sea and Villa Aquarius, which will provide you with an unforgettable vacation. Villa Aquarius is not a party house and youth groups are not allowed.

The location of Villa Aquarius is simply perfect: it is only 2 km from the first beaches, it is close to the centre of Pula and it is only a short drive from Fazana, from where you can rent a boat and visit the Brijuni Islands, a fabulous national park. On the one hand, Istria is the ideal choice for those who want to enjoy the untouched nature and charm of small, traditional and most medieval towns. On the other hand, for those that prefer the hustle and bustle of the city, most of the tourist locations are only a short drive away. Pula is without doubt the cultural centre of Istria. The city reached its peak in Roman times, which left many traces, such as the famous amphitheatre. Pula offers numerous leisure activities such as sports facilities, bars, restaurants, nightclubs, as well as organized tours, e.g. excursions to the Brijuni National Park. Like many other coastal cities, Pula is known for its beautiful beaches and crystal clear sea. Thanks to its lush forests, breathtaking beaches and Mediterranean climate, Pula is the ideal destination for beach vacationers.

Villa Aquarius - the most beautiful and modern villa we have ever visited. We spent one week in Pula - there was nothing that could have been better. The swimming pool and the whole outside area gave us the possibility to spend a sunny day or a warm summer night together. The kitchen- and living room area is perfect to cook and watch TV together as a group. The distance to Pula city is super short and also many supermarkets are located near Villa Aquarius. There is also a nice parking area in front of the house. All of the seven bedrooms have a very modern style and offer enough space for 14 persons. Especially the two master-bedrooms on the top of the house gave us an unforgettable memory of vacation. We really appreciated the support of the owner of the house who was always at our disposal. Thank you Villa Aquarius for having us!
