The modern Villa Breeze is located in Pula and is ideal if you are looking for a villa that has all the amenities nearby that make a perfect vacation possible. The nearest beach is only 500m away.
The exterior of Villa Breeze is an eye-catcher. You will love the 42m2 refreshing pool on hot summer days! Relax on one of the sun loungers or enjoy the time with your loved ones on the shady terrace while you prepare delicious meals on the grill. An outdoor lounge is ideal for spending warm summer evenings and enjoying large-format movies with the beamer. The interior of the villa is open and bright. From the terrace, you get to the modern living area with a fully equipped kitchen and a large dining table for up to 10 people. On the ground floor, you have a comfortable bedroom and a separate bathroom with a bathtub. There are 4 more bedrooms on the upper floor. 2 of the bedrooms each have their own en-suite bathroom with shower. Another shared bathroom has a bathtub. There is a little highlight in one of the comfortable bedrooms: a round bed. 3 bicycles are provided for you to use to explore the area. The basketball hoop and a trampoline provide additional fun.
