Set in the very corner of a large, carefully tended property, Villa Design Sole offers everything you could need for a relaxing and fun filled vacation! The villa represents a perfect blend of a minimalist furnishings and modern, luxurious living. With a total of 5 luxury bedrooms, the villa comfortably sleeps 12 persons, which makes it ideal for larger families looking for some peace and quiet.
On the open plan ground floor there is a cosy, colourful living room, directly connected to the state of the art kitchen and dining area. Equipped with only high quality appliances, preparing meals in this kitchen will be a fun experience. The ground floor opens to a traditional Istrian covered terrace, overlooking the pool, where you will also find a jacuzzi. The barbecue and a large dining table are perfect for al fresco dining. On the ground floor you will also find 3 of the bedrooms, all with their own ensuite bathrooms. The remaining 2 bedrooms, including the master bedroom, which has its own veranda, are located on the first floor and have a wonderful view of the surroundings. On the upper floor there is also a game room, which can also be used as a meeting room. Throughout the villa you can feast you eyes on beautiful paintings and artwork by Omer Berber and Tarik Berber made exclusively for this beautiful villa.
The villa is located on a private 2000m2 property, however, with Villa Design Aqua and Villa Design Terra it shares another 5000m2 covered with forest land and a golf court. For those that like to remain active, there is also a private fitness room. After you have done your workout, for an extra touch of luxury, you can relax in the sauna.
Upon request there is a possibility of additional services: private chef, golf instructor, chauffer services, grocery shopping, babysitting, yoga teacher, massage.
Bed linens are provided and changed once per week. All bedrooms have A/C and a TV. Baby cot available upon request. All double beds can be separated into single beds.

Location of the Villa Design Sole offers a perfect balance of peacefulness and private enjoyment away from a city rush and yet well known tourist destinations on the coast are easy to reach. The nearest coastal towns are Fazana and Peroj, well know for their pebble beaches.From Fažana, small coastal town with a harbour, you can take a boat trip to one of the national parks in Croatia – Brijuni. If you want to see something special, be sure to visit Central Istria with its magnificent views. Here you can also try the delicious Istrian cuisine: home-made Istrian prosciutto (pršut), Istrian pasta (fuži) and Mediterranean home-made specialities. During your stay in Istria visit the city of Pula with its Roman Amphitheatre (25 km) and beautiful city of Rovinj (20 km). Villa Design Sole has a private forest area shared with 2 more houses, where you can take walks or relax on the benches and hammocks.
