Fantastic villa with pool and jacuzzi near the sea

Villa Lena Lux is just fantastic! This tastefully furnished house is located on the outskirts of Pula, on a 1300m2 plot! The outdoor area offers a private pool with sun loungers and water mist cooling so that you can relax and enjoy even the hottest summer days. There is also a whirlpool on the covered terrace, which is protected from prying eyes.
There is also a cosy seating area and in the summer kitchen, you will find the barbecue and a dining table, well protected from wind or rain. Here you can also play a game of table football as long as you wait for the meal to be ready. But let's get to the interior ... Stylish and high quality, open and bright, but very inviting and cosy - that's the living room with dining area and fully equipped kitchen, which creates a smooth transition to the garden through the large window fronts. 3 modern bedrooms with double beds and 2 chic bathrooms are available to guests here. One of the bedrooms leads to the whirlpool in just a few steps. Another double room is part of the studio attached to the villa with a separate entrance, its own small kitchen and a sofa bed for two people. Villa Lena Lux is perfect for families who value relaxation and tranquillity in a luxurious ambience on vacation - a real gem!.

Villa Lena Lux is located in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of the city of Pula. Everything you need for the perfect family vacation is within easy reach. The old town is only about 15 minutes away on foot, the nearest beach is just about 3 km. Pula is one of the most beautiful cities in Croatia and its trademark is the Arena, where concerts and exhibitions often take place in summer. Numerous monuments remind of the Roman era, e.g. the "Golden Gate" or the Temple of Augustus. Visit one of the countless beaches, the Franciscan monastery or simply enjoy a stroll through the city. A great range of restaurants and cafes, shops, souvenir shops and stalls make this city so lively and attract locals and tourists alike. The towns of Medulin or Fazana are not far away. Experience the flair of the charming fishing villages. Or take a boat trip to the Brijuni National Park with its unspoiled nature and cultural and historical heritage. Pula is really unique, versatile and leaves nothing to be desired.

TOP Villa, die wir nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen können. Es war sehr sauber, groß, luxuriös, angenehm, authentisch, in ruhiger Lage gelegen. Tolle Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Alles was man sich wünscht. Sergej war stets erreichbar, sehr bemüht und freundlich. Er hat uns nebenher noch wertvolle Tipps gegeben und war mehr als nur Vermieter. Toller Service - Wir werden sicher wieder kommen!!!!
Es war einer der besten Urlaube - die Lage ist perfekt - Restaurants, Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Gym sind schnell erreichbar. Die Villa ist in echt noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Der Host hat sich außerdem sehr bemüht und uns u.a wertvolle Tips gegeben. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr definitiv wieder 🤩.
