Modern villa near the sea in Pula

Villa Lia is a modern three-bedroom villa in Pula, near the sea, with a private pool, and it can accommodate up to six persons. The pool is situated in the fully enclosed garden and it is surrounded by a nicely tended green lawn on three sides, and the terrace with loungers on the side to the house.
During the summer, the pool is a perfect place to refresh during hot days, while on the loungers you can relax and bask in the sun while you sip a cold and refreshing drink. Next to the house, there is a covered terrace with an outdoor dining area and gas barbecue available to prepare great summer meals for your friends and family. The stairs from the garden will lead you to the first floor where you are greeted by a spacious and bright open floor plan living area, dining area and kitchen. There you can have fun, play a couple of matches of table football or watch TV, enjoy family dinners that you have prepared in the fully equipped kitchen, and completely relax during your vacation. The indoor stairs lead you to the ground floor where there are three bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms, and from two bedrooms you have direct access to the garden via the large sliding patio doors, which provide lots of natural light during the day. The ground floor has a separate entrance from the garden.

Villa Lia is situated just outside the ancient coastal city of Pula, today one of the main tourist hotspots in Croatia. Pula was built during the Roman age, and in the world, it is most known for Arena, an ancient amphitheatre landmark built during 1. st century. There are many other landmarks in Pula to visit, like for instance Temple of Augustus, the small Roman theatre, and the Golden Gate, and you can enjoy the rich restaurant scene the city offers. Around the city, you can find many great beaches, and you can even take a boat ride from the city to the nearby beautiful National park Brijuni islands. Hop into your car and go for a day trip to some of the other Istrian cities that are nearby as a whole Istria is well connected by major roads so it won't take you long to get to Motovun, Porec, Rovinj or some other place worthwhile visiting.

Eine sehr gepflegte Villa in super ruhiger Lage. Das Haus war mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Der Pool war sauber und läd zum entspannen ein. Der Besitzer war ein sehr zuvorkommender und interessierter Hausherren der immer versucht hat das wir zufrieden sind. Er hat uns super Plätze im Restaurant mit typisch istrischer Küche besorgt. Alles im allem war es ein perfekter Urlaub. Immer wieder gerne
