Villa Linden Tree is located in the city of Pula. It can accommodate up to 14 people, making it perfect for large families or groups of friends who want to spend their holiday together, but still want to have some privacy for their own family.
The villa consists of 3 apartments. On the ground floor, there are two living rooms, two kitchens and two bedrooms, as well as two bathrooms and a terrace. On the first floor, you will find the 3 remaining bedrooms, a living room, a dining room, two bathrooms and two terraces. In the well-kept garden, you have the private pool at your disposal - fun for the whole family is guaranteed here! Around the pool are sun loungers that invite you to relax. A barbecue and a dining table are available on the covered terrace. Organise a barbecue with your loved ones and prepare delicious specialities to enjoy together with a glass of Istrian wine. Pula is the tourist centre of Istria in terms of culture, tradition and beautiful nature. It had its heydays during the Roman period. The Romans left many traces, particularly the fine amphitheatre. During the Venetian period, Pula developed into being the control centre of the Adriatic, and in the course of the centuries, the town's harbour developed into the most important harbour in the region. The town has two passenger ports, both very important for cruise tourism. Nowadays, Pula represents a place where a relaxing holiday at Pula's beautiful coast and close to the crystal water can be combined with the legends and memories of rich history. Unspoilt forests, beautiful beaches and the Mediterranean climate make this place a very attractive destination for seaside lovers. Everywhere, you can enjoy nature, for example at the Brioni islands with their exceptional flora and fauna which make it the Mediterranean northernmost exotic oasis.

Die Villa Linden Tree war perfekt für unsere Bedürfnisse. Die drei Appartements sind geräumig und gut eingerichtet, der private sehr Pool gepflegt. Einkauf und Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten finden sich in näherer Umgebung. Die Bilder stimmen mit den vor Ort angetroffenen Verhältnissen überein. Der Vermieter war äusserst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir (2 Familien mit je 3 Kindern) können die Villa Linden Tree nur wärmstens weiter empfehlen.
Aufenthalt vom 11.7. - 25.7.2020 Super schöne Villa, gepflegter Garten, grosszügiger Pool und absolut netter Kontakt (Vermieter) vor Ort. Das Haus ist perfekt geeignet für mehrere Familien. Wir waren 2 Familien (Total 10 Personen) und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Auch die Räume sind grosszügig und liebevoll gestaltet (wie auf den Fotos ersichtlich). Das Haus/Kontakt vor Ort kriegen von uns 5 Sterne.
