Modern family villa with private pool near Pula

Villa Magica is a modern beautiful family villa, located in a small peaceful village in the southeastern part of Istria. The villa spreads over 2 floors, accommodating a maximum of 8 guests, in its 4 comfortable modern bedrooms.
The ground floor accommodates an open plan bright and spacious living & dining area with direct access to the pool, a fully equipped kitchen, one ensuite double bedroom and a separate toilet. The upper floor, connected with an internal staircase, has 2 double bedrooms, of which one is ensuite, another bedroom with 2 single beds and an additional bathroom. You can enjoy the villas` lovely pool for a swim, or relax sunbathing next to the pool on the sun loungers. For younger guests, the villa has a swing and trampoline, to enjoy carefree play and fun! Al fresco diners experiencing local cuisine for the whole groups can be prepared on the BBQ and enjoyed at the covered outside dining area next to the pool. The villa is equipped with WiFi and has a private parking space for 3 cars. The villa offers all the necessary ingredients for a wonderful relaxing holiday in a home away from home :).

Villa Magica is located in a small village called Radeki Polje, as a part of the Marčana municipality, in the southeastern part of Istria County. This is an ideal destination for anyone looking for a different kind of vacation away from the summer crowds and overcrowded tourist centers: its 36km of coastline is the least urbanised coastal area of ​​Istria with crystal clear waters and gorgeous greenery in the hinterland. Start exploring the surrounding area and discover parts of Istrian history in picturesque bays, churches, and remains of ancient settlements. The famous tourist town of Pula is located only about 7-8 km from the villa, as the center of Istria in regard to culture, tradition and beautiful nature. Pula offers numerous activities, from sports, to night clubs, casinos, cafes, restaurants and organized excursions. Today Pula is the location where a holiday on the coast near the crystal sea is interwoven with legends and memories of the rich history of the city.

Liebe Familie Lisica, wir hatten in Ihrem Haus einen tollen Urlaub. Die Übergabe war sehr unkompliziert: kurz und knapp - alle wesentlichen Dinge wurden nach einer langen Fahrt schnell übermittelt. Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Im Haus eine hochwertige Einrichtung, tolle Schlafzimmer, große Duschen, ausreichend Toiletten, Waschmaschine, Bügelbrett, Wäschetrockner…. Alles vorhanden und sehr gut. Draußen : ein großer Garten, ein toller Pool in dem wir viel Zeit verbracht haben und viel Spiel-/Bewegungsmöglichkeiten für Kinder. Alles war sehr sauber. Das Beste, der Service. Wir hatten für zwei Wochen gebucht und nach einer Woche wurde eine Reinigung durchgeführt inklusive Austausch der kompletten Bettwäsche, Handtücher etc. Solch eine 1A Service haben wir noch nie erlebt. Als es ein Empfangsproblem mit dem WiFi gab, wurde es vom Vermieter in Minutenschnelle erledigt und behoben. Klasse wie das Vermieter Ehepaar erreichbar war. Kurzum: toller Urlaub in einem wirklich sehr schönen Haus - sehr nette Vermieter. Was will man mehr - nichts. Danke für einen schönen Urlaub
Sehr schöne Unterkunft und wirklich sehr zu empfehlen. Das Haus ist sehr neu und hat ein Top Komfort! Alles qualitativ hochwertig verarbeitet. Der Pool ist fantastisch 😎 ,Sehr sehr netter und aufmerksamer Kontakt. Wr würden immer wieder her kommen.. Wir können auf jeden Fall das Haus weiterempfehlen!
