Our Villa Marse - located on the east coast of Istria - is ideal for spending a great summer vacation with family and friends. The villa consists of 2 separate units and can accommodate up to 12 guests in 6 bedrooms in total, however we are sure that you will spend most of your holiday together in the beautiful outdoor area of ​​the villa.
While some are having fun in the pool, others are relaxing sunbathing on the comfortable sun loungers by the pool. In the covered summer kitchen with bar stools, the most delicious specialties are prepared on the grill and refreshing drinks are enjoyed. The covered terrace with a dining table is perfect for planning trips to the region over breakfast. The two comfortably furnished residential units each consist of an air-conditioned living area with a comfortable sofa and TV, a dining area with a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. Each floor has a guest toilet. Both levels have 3 bedrooms each, 2 with double beds and one with twin beds. The family villa Marse is located on the east coast of Istria between Medulin and Rabac in the village of Segotici. Ideal to enjoy all the assets of the region! Beautiful family-friendly beaches and hidden bays can be reached in about 3km away - around Duga Uvala bay. Within 5km there are shops and restaurants where you can taste the local delicacies. We recommend exploring the region by bike and enjoying the beautiful Istrian nature. You can also plan day trips: the historic city of Pula can be reached quickly by car, as can the coastal town of Rabac or the picturesque Labin.
