The beautifully arranged open space ground floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen with rustic elements, a dining area and a bright living area. On the ground floor, you will also find one well-appointed bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. The staircase leads you to the first floor where you can find the other three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. From one of the bedrooms you have direct access to a small terrace, a private spot from where you can enjoy the beautiful view of the surroundings. If you love to spend your time outside, the outdoor area is the perfect place. In front of the house, you will find an inviting pool area and sun loungers, where you can relax on warm summer days while sipping a cold drink. Villa Matia offers a small wellness room next to the main house, where you can simply unwind in the sauna. The outdoor area also features a covered dining area, perfect for a family gathering and a charcoal grill where you can prepare delicious meals for your loved ones. While enjoying dinner with your friends, your kids can play on the big lawn and the children's playground. Villa Matia offers many opportunities to stay active. You will find table tennis, darts but also 4 bicycles which you can use for discovering the wider surroundings. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Villa Matia. Das Haus ist sehr schön, gepflegt und sauber und bietet ausreichend Platz. Der Pool (mit Kuppel) und der riesige Garten mit Schaukel und Rutsch sind für Kinder perfekt.
Die Nähe zum Zentrum von Fazana sowie zum Strand waren für uns ideal.
Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und rundherum bestens betreut. Jela ist eine sehr herzliche Gastgeberin, die sich sofort um jedes Anliegen annimmt. Vielen Dank für diesen schönen Urlaub!
Die Villa Matia ist ein perfektes Haus. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und in 10 mMinuten ist man zu Fuss am Meer. .Die Ausstattung ist sehr schön und war für uns auch einfach nur top.Die Betreuung vor Ort ist besonders positiv zu erwähnen. Perfekter und schneller Service und jede Frage wird sofort beantwortet und jeder Wunsch wird erfüllt.

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und genau wie beschrieben. Es war alles vorhanden, nah am Meer (ca. 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß) und das näheste Restaurant ist gleich ums Eck. Alles war super!
Wir durften eine Woche in diesem wundervollen Haus verbringen. Alles entsprach der Beschreibung. Das Haus ist hochwertig ausgestattet, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Pool und der großzügige Garten mit Spielplatz ebenso.
Die Verwalterin Jela kümmert sich um alles und ist jederzeit erreichbar. Außerdem verdankt das Haus ihr durch liebevoll platzierte Details seinen Charme und Gemütlichkeit, so dass man sich auch bei schlechtem Wetter sehr wohlfühlt. Strand und Stadt sind fußläufig erreichbar. Mit anderen Worten: Diese Unterkunft lässt keine Wünsche offen und war die beste in 10 Jahren (2xjährlich) Kroatienurlaub!

We had a wonderful week at Villa Matija, which proved to be a great base for enjoying Fazana and exploring further afield in Istria. Jela was a very friendly host (brush up on your German if you want to converse!)
The villa's bedrooms all have ensuite facilities and excellent air conditioning - very worthwhile in the hot weather we experienced. The shady and breezy patio, outside eating area and pool were all a pleasure to use.
We were delighted that the walk into town was pretty easy (we usually took the track down to the sea) and we spent most evenings in Fazana - lively, but not unpleasantly crowded. There are some excellent, but not too expensive, restaurants: we particularly liked La Bodega and Restaurant Korta.
We loved our trips to Pula, Rovinj and Groznjan. Our young people had fun at Glavani park and we all enjoyed the challenges at Svetvincenat Castle.
Overall, I'd recommend this villa very strongly for a lovely family holiday.
Wir (8 Erwachsene mit zwei Kleinkinder) hatten einen wunderschönen zweiwöchigen Aufenthalt in der Villa Matia. Jela, unsere Vermieterin, war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist absolut empfehlenswert! Alles ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Lage am Ende eine Sackgasse ist perfekt. Definitiv verdient saß Haus eine Bewertung von 5 Sternen. Gerne wieder!

The Villa is wonderful! All the untensils are in mint conditions, and the kitchen is super nice! The host is also really great and very forthcoming, willing to sove any issue you have. Def a 5 star experience in every possible way.
Eine wirklich super Ausstattung und das Haus und die Außenanlage sind super gepflegt man kann sich nur wohlfühlen. Betreut wurden wir von der Anica welche eine wirklich super nette offene und liebevolle Persönlichkeit ist welche keine Wünsche offen ließ. Dank Anica fehlte es uns an nichts und wir hatten eine unvergesslich wunderschöne Zeit in der Villa. Wir bleiben auf jeden Fall mit der Anica in Kontakt und kommen liebend gern wieder.

Super Ausstattung und Service.
Das Haus und Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt. Dazu liegt es am Ende einer Sackgasse und ist sehr ruhig. Es fehlt an nichts und der Service ist wirklich erstklassig. Jederzeit wieder.
We really enjoyed our holiday at Villa Matia. The villa was excellent - clean and spacious with very good facilities. The comfortable outside sitting area was perfect for pre-dinner drinks in the evening and the shaded outside dining area near the barbecue was great for lunch-time. It would have been nice if there had been a larger work surface in the kitchen but we managed! We particularly liked the fact that all four bedrooms in the villa had en-suite facilities. The pool was clean and well-equipped with a 'roof' in case of windy or colder weather. We made full use of the four bicycles to go down into the town and also to go on longer trips along the coast and inland. We loved Fazana - very picturesque, with plenty of good value restaurants. The villa is ideally placed for trips to the Brijuni Islands, Pula and Rovinj. A particular thank you must go to the property manager, Gabriella, who was very efficient, helpful and attentive.

Sehr schöne Villa mit ausgezeichneter Ausstattung und sehr sauber. Wir waren 2 wochen da mit 3 Kindern, die sich Dank der vielen Spielmöglichkeiten und des großen Pools nie gelangweilt haben. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut. DEr Badestrand ist fußläufig in va 10 Min. zu erreichen. Mann kann aber auch mit dem Fahrrad (4 Stk. in der Villa vorhanden) fahren.
Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar. Hier noch einen großen Dank an sie.
Wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub hier. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Tolle Ausstattung, super Lage, hervorragende Betreuung vor Ort. Einfach zum Wiederkommen............

Diese Villa hat definitiv die 5 Sterne verdient. Ausstattung, Sauberkeit und Größe lassen keine Wünsche offen - wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt.
Wir können das Haus mit tollem Pool, schönen Terrassen/Balkonen und gepflegtem Garten jedem Empfehlen, der sich entspannten Urlaub mit Flair wünscht.
Wir kommen wieder.
Die Villa ist groß, charmant eingerichtet, funktional - einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Grillplatz, Swimmingpool, Garten sowie die Ausstattung mit Spielen, Rädern, Küche, Lagerraum einfach toll.
Die Betreuung vor Ort sehr sympathisch und zuvorkommend.
Fazana selbst ist entzückend mit einigen guten Restaurants, die Nähe zu Pula oder Rovinj bietet schöne Ausflugsmöglichkeiten.
Das Haus verdient absolut die Höchstwertung!

Top Villa!! Es gibt wirklich rein gar nichts zu meckern.
Alles sehr gepflegt, tolles Außengelände, Grillplatz, Lounge Ecke.
Man konnte wirklich gut entspannen und den Urlaub genießen.
Hafen ist zu Fuß zu erreichen, mit schönen Restaurants und netten Geschäften.
Pula ist mit dem Auto ca. 15 Minuten entfernt und auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert.
Wir würden die Villa sofort wieder buchen.
Sehr schönes Haus, gut ausgestattet, genau richtig für 8 Personen. Lage ist super, kann alles gut
mit dem Fahrrad erreichen, Restaurant gleich um die Ecke.
Hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub, würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen.

Sehr schönes Haus, perfekt eingerichtet. Jedes Zimmer geräumig mit eigenem Bad. Küche fehlt 2. Kühlschrank für Getränke. Sauna hat leider nicht funktioniert. Leider zur Zeit Baustelle im Nachbargrundstück. Lärm ab 8:00!
Garten und Pool sehr gepflegt. Grillplatz perfekt. Für 8 Personen sehr viel Platz. Fazan zu Fuß in 10 min erreichbar. Nette Lokale mit gutem Essen.
Tolles Haus. Leider die halbe Woche Regen. Hätten uns ein festes Dach über der Außenküche gewünscht. Mussten unter dem Grillen/Essen flüchten, da es durchregnete. Toller Gasofen/Gasherd + Küchespüle. Großer Kühlschrank. Matratzen sehr hart. Pool toll, Garten groß. Viel Platz.

Wir waren in einer Gruppe von 8 Leuten für eine Woche in dem Haus und total begeistert. Die Fotos versprechen nicht zu viel. Ein schönes, gepflegtes Anwesen mit toller Ausstattung. Pula ist nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt und der Strand in Fazana ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch der Kontakt zu den Besitzern und MyIstria war sehr nett. Alle sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Kann das Haus und MyIstria uneingeschränkt empfehlen!
Wir waren 5 erwachsene Personen mit 2 Hunde. Der Aufenthalt in der Villa Matia war sehr schön, das Anwesen ist gross und auch für Kinder sehr geeignet. Sehr schöne Villa mit allem Komfort. Sehr ruhige Lage. Wir verbrachten eine sehr schöne Woche und werden bei künftigen Reisen nach Istrien die Villa bei der Buchung berücksichtigen. Wir könne die Villa wärmstens empfehlen. Die Buchung über Myistria war sehr einfach und die Abwicklung sehr unkompliziert.
