Amazing villa near Pula with large garden

Villa MileManda is situated in the quiet neighbourhood Banjole, just a few minutes drive from the city centre of Pula. The villa has 3 bedrooms, all of which are decorated in a romantic and elegant style, and can accommodate up to 6+2 guests.
Everything is kept in a very warm style and gives you a feeling of home. The open living area consists of a comfortable living room with a TV, a dining area with a large table, a modern and fully equipped kitchen and a separate bathroom. All bedrooms are located on the ground floor and have ensuite bathrooms, air conditioning and TV. You have direct access to the outdoor area from the living area, which will leave you speechless. If you want to spend your vacation soaking up the sun, in front of the villa you will find a large and very inviting pool with hydromassage. Bicycles are at your disposal to discover and explore the wider surrounding. The villa offers you many other opportunities to stay active like basketball, volleyball and badminton. For special family moments, the villa features a large covered alfresco dining area with a gas grill which is the perfect place for a family gathering. A large olive garden is a perfect spot to enjoy the benefits of this peaceful location where you can relax while reading your favourite book.

Villa MileManda is located near Pula, in Banjole, known for its beautiful beaches and promenades by the sea. To the centre of Pula you need about 10 minutes by car. We recommend you to take a walk through the historical town and visit the numerous buildings from the Roman period, such as the amphitheatre and the temple of Augustus. All nature lovers will be thrilled by the untouched nature of Premantura and the Brijuni National Park, which are nearby the villa. Premantura is the southernmost part of Istria, is very rocky and hides many unspoilt beaches and numerous cycling paths. The Brijuni National Park is a group of islands and islets covered with dense pine forest. On the island you will find numerous archaeological sites, a golf course, a museum and a zoo. Gastronomy lovers should definitely visit the hinterland of Istria and try many traditional dishes such as Boskarin, truffles and Istrian pasta. After a delicious lunch, take a walk through the medieval towns such as Motovun, Buzet and Groznjan.

Top Unterkunft!!! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!
Top Unterkunft! Ein wunderschöner Urlaub für uns mit 2 malinois…. Vorallem auch die Ausstattung im Haus - fast alles war vorhanden und wir müssten nicht mehr viel einkaufen. Sehr nette Vermieter, die sich um alles kümmern. Sehr zum empfehlen…
