In a small place near the town of Barban and the Rasa bay and just a few kilometres to the first beach, you will find the beautiful Villa Pupo´s Residence.
The villa is gated, highly equipped with lots of features and offers relaxation and fun for the entire family.
Guests can expect a private pool with sun loungers and a water slide, a hot tub with a view, a sauna, fitness, an indoor whirlpool and a billiard table.
The interior of the villa consists of a living room, 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a kitchen with a dining table for 14 people. The living room, kitchen, dining room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and one guest WC are located on the ground floor. The living room and kitchen have direct access to the pool and a covered terrace with a dining table. On the first floor, there are the remaining three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a room with billiards and a separate room with sauna and bath. Between the billiard and spa rooms, there is Pilates and aerobics equipment.
You will also find the spacious, covered terrace with a hot tub on this floor.
We believe that you will still spend most of your time in the private pool or relaxing on the sun loungers by the pool which offers a much-needed refreshment during warm summer days. When the sun goes down, there is the billiard room for added fun or the spa room with a sauna for extra relaxation. To round it up, enjoy a cold drink on the terrace and don´t let the hot tub go to waste. :)

Villa Pupos Residence is located in the small village of Dobrani, which belongs to the Barban municipality. The picturesque bay “Raski zaljev” is 3 km away, with numerous natural beaches and crystal clear sea. Considering its central location, the village of Dobrani is an excellent starting point for excursions, cycling, or hiking tours. The region of Istria offers a variety of natural beauties and cultural sights that should not be missed. The villa is situated about 20-30 km away from tourist coastal towns such as Pula, Porec, Rovinj, Labin, and Rabac. These towns have countless cafes and restaurants where you should definitely try first-class gastronomic delicacies such as the Istrian ham and olive oil. For families with children, we recommend a trip to a water park. The ideal choice for a relaxing but exciting holiday!

Wir haben die Villa als eine Gruppe junger Leute von 18 bis 22 gebucht.
Der Urlaub war wirklich schön, aber der Preis für die Villa war es für uns nicht ganz wert.
Geschirrspüler und Backofen durften nicht gemeinsam genutzt werden, sonst fällt der Strom. Der Geschirrspüler wäscht auch nicht richtig ab.
Manche Betten quietschen, sodass man nicht darin schlafen kann.
Ein paar der Regale und „Nachtkästchen“ fallen runter oder hängen total schief. (Daher auch kaputte Lampen, was jedoch kein Problem für den Vermieter war)
Im ganzen Haus sperren eventuell 2 Türen, alle anderen haben keinen Schlüssel oder gehen nicht.
Im Gegensatz zu unserer Villa letzten Jahres waren wir trotzdem zufrieden, der Whirlpool war unser Highlight und der Pool war eine angenehme Abkühlung, aber nicht zu kalt.
Außerdem war der Vermieter sehr entspannt und freundlich. Er hat sofort über WhatsApp geantwortet, falls etwas war und ist auch im Notfall vorbei gekommen. Ansonsten hatten wir unsere Ruhe.
Wir hatten ebenso keine Probleme mit Nachbarn, obwohl diese direkt nebenan wohnten und wir tagsüber die Musik schon etwas lauter anhatten.
Daher die Bewertung von 4 Sternen.
Everything was absolutely amazing! Location, decor and all amenities that house have, not to mention about owners, they went about and beyond to accommodate us. Definitely will come back next summer and recommend to friends and family! Thank you so much guys! You’re doing an amazing job!!
