This gorgeous property is located in the southernmost spot of Istria, on a very convenient location near the Nature park of Kamenjak, just a short walk away from the nearest beach (approx 400 m), and within walking distance to the centre of the village and the nearest shop, restaurant or café. Villa Suprema Premanutra has the capacity to welcome up to 8 guests in its 4 well-appointed bedrooms.
The villa is set on an 1100 m2 large and completely enclosed plot and features an inviting private pool surrounded by cosy sun loungers. An outdoor dining area with a charcoal grill, a garden shower and a separate outdoor toilet all can be found outside. The interior is beautifully arranged and offers more than enough comfort for an unwinding stay. The open space ground floor is divided into the living area with fireplace, SAT-TV, and stereo device, a dining area and a modern fully equipped kitchen. There is also a separate room dedicated to fun only- a pool table and table football are at your disposal here. Another room is for those who like to pamper themselves- a Finnish sauna and a shower are here for those who like to relax in chilly evenings and the fitness area with a cross-trainer machine for those who tend to stay fit also during holidays. Regarding the bedrooms, all 4 bedrooms are air-conditioned and all have a TV and a private en-suite bathroom with shower. One bedroom is located on the ground floor, while the remaining 3 are spread over the upper floor and feature a balcony overlooking the pool in the garden. If you are up for some gaming, a game console is in the lounge area on the upper floor.

Premantura is surrounded by nature not many places can boast of. South of the town is Cape Kamenjak – a protected landscape 9.5 km long, 1.5 km wide, with altogether 30 km of indented coastline. There are plenty of rocky beaches, as well as pebbly coves. On a relatively small area there are 530 plant species and among them are 20 orchid species, some of which are endemic. For this reason, there are no campsites on this cape, hotels or any other type of structures. When visiting Cape Kamenjak, don't miss its southernmost tip where a great attraction is jumping into the sea from high cliffs with torches. Owing to the favourable winds it is ideal for water sports in summer, but also until late autumn. At the end of October, the attractive meeting of windsurfers - Hallowind takes place. For those who wish to dive into the fascinating underwater world, there are many diving centres in town. This is one of the few destinations with a beach for the visually impaired. It is important to stress that Premantura provides a private dialysis clinic so it is suitable for guests needing such treatment. Premantura is a unique experience, not simply one of the places to rest.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der grossartigen Unterkunft. 4 Doppelzimmer mit eigenem Bad - was für ein Geschenk! Es hatte alles, was das Herz von Jugendlichen und Erwachsenen begehrt. Die Küche war bestens ausgestattet, die Sauna und der Gym-Raum fand grossen Anklang. Der Pool war ein Genuss und angenehm warm auch noch im Oktober. Der Billiard- und Ping-Pong-Tisch wurde rege genutzt. Wir konnten zu Fuss ins Restaurant oder einkaufen gehen. Der Verwalter war sehr freundlich, die Villa sehr sauber. Die Nähe zum Nationalpark Kamenjak war wunderbar. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen!
Tolle top-ausgestattete Villa, traumhafter Pool, schöne Umgebung und ein Verwalter, welcher immer freundlich und hilfsbereit war - wir hatten einen absolut erholsamen Urlaub und können hier nur die höchste Bewertung und Empfehlung abgeben.

Eine absolute Empfehlung!
Jeder der Premantura und seiner Vorzüge kennt (Kap Kamenjak, Nähe zu Medulin und Pula, uvm.) wird hier sehr glücklich sein. Es ist eine top ausgestattete Villa, wo es wirklich an nichts fehlt. Von der Nespresso Maschine, Bohnen-Maschine, über alles was eine Küche an Utensilien hergeben sollte ist einfach alles da.
Das Salzwasser-Pool ist eine Erfrischung bei der andauernden Hitze im August gewesen und so groß, dass man Längen schwimmen kann aber auch zu acht genug Platz hat.
Von der Outdoor Kitchen bis zur Sauna überragt diese Unterkunft. Billard, Kicker und Tischtennis - alles ist da.
Überhaupt wurde das Haus erst vor ein paar Jahren gebaut und wirkt sehr gut instand gehalten, also wie neu.
Die Vermieter sind sehr entgegenkommend und so konnten wir unsere Reise kostenlos von 2020 ins Jahr 2021 aufgrund der damals geltenden COVID Reisebeschränkungen verschieben.
Darüber hinaus fühlt man sich vom Hausbetreuer (wohnt gegenüber und reinigt das Pool bzw. steht bei Fragen sehr freundlich zur Verfügung) sehr gut betreut. Dieser vermietet auch tadellose E-Bikes, was für die Erkundung des Kap empfehlenswert ist.
Die Villa und die Umgebung ist wirklich eine Reise wert und wir kommen bestimmt in ein paar Jahren wieder.
Gutes Essen findet man bei Giovanni‘s ums Eck oder ca. 10 Gehminuten entfernt im Fra Kat.
Eine Abkürzung führt in 5 Gehminuten zum Bäcker, Supermarkt und Gemüsehändler sowie in die Innenstadt von Premantura.
Danke nochmals für die super Betreuung und die Gastgeschenke an die Vermieter. So macht reisen wirklich Spaß!
Wir haben noch nie so luxuriös gewohnt wie in dieser Villa. Die Bilder im Netz entsprechen dem Original.
Es fehlte an nichts. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und die 14 Tage genossen.
Der Hausbesitzer hatte uns im Vorfeld einige Infos über die Umgebung, Restaurants und Ausflüge zur Verfügung gestellt. Der Hausverwalter vor Ort, der auch E-Bikes vermietet, ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Wir können es nur weiter empfehlen.

Villa war in Topzustand, alles absolut neuwertig, genau wie auf den Bildern gezeigt. Betreuung vor Ort optimal. Es fehlte definitiv an nichts. Im vorfeld wurden vom Besitzer noch zahlreiche Informationen über die Umgebung gesendet. MyIstria Team auch sehr nett und hilfsbereit bei Fragen im Vorfeld. Urlaub war traumhaft, zu 100% zu empfehlen!
