The villa is newly built and modern in concept and purpose. It can accommodate up to 10 people with a total of 4 rooms and an extra sofa bed.
On the ground floor are a kitchen & dining area, living room & bathroom and one bedroom if it is important for you not to climb upstairs. Above, on the first floor, are three bedrooms each with its own bathroom, access to the terrace and a stunning view of the sea and nature - that's the magic of this beautiful home.
Leaving the house and going outside to the garden, you have a symphony for all your senses, because for each guest there is something to offer. If you like to play minigolf - your own artificial turf field is at your disposal. The pool offers refreshments for all the summer heat and you can literally bathe in the blink of an eye as soon as you wake up or in the evening, while a light barbecue grills on the side.
Istria hides treasures of nature and at Villa Wonderview you are hidden from the rest of the world, as in your own private resort. Isn't that what you were looking for ;).
The Villa Wonderview is located at the end of the small and picturesque village of Peruski. The panoramic view that will win you over, goes from the blue of the sea over the wooded nature - because this area is an ideal oasis for guests seeking complete peace and quiet.
It is located near Krnica, a place with an interesting coast and underwater world. With its surrounding areas, it offers the possibility of a quick escape from the city's larma and a transformative vacation.
Be sure to take a trip to the following places: Pula with an emphasis on the ancient amphitheatre (6th largest), Medulin with its extra-long coast, Premantura in the far south of Istria and one of the few places with a beach designed for the blind and Pazin with its long and rich tradition, located in the heart of the peninsula.
Those, looking for sports and recreation, can try cycling, fishing, horseback riding, hiking and free climbing.

Wir waren letzte Woche in der Villa und es war wunderschön. Ein paar kleine Mängel gab es aber das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau. Es wäre z.B. schön gewesen gäbe es eine größere Kaffeemaschine oder der Sonnenschirm am Pool geht leider immer von alleine zu und das wlan ist nicht das Beste. Aber das sind Kleinigkeiten. In der Küche haben wir alles gefunden was wir gebraucht haben. Es war sehr sauber und die Betten super bequem. Schön fanden wir auch, dass alle paar Tage jemand kam und den Pool kontrolliert und gereinigt hat. Sehr ruhige Lage und wunderbar zum entspannen. Wir würden wieder kommen.
Wir waren Ende Juli in der Villa Wonderview. Das Haus ist wirklich gross und geräumig. Jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes ,grosses Bad. Eigentlich wäre es ein richtiges Schmuckstück, wenn es ein bisschen bequemer und sorgsamer eingerichtet wäre. Es war nicht " gemütlich".Zum Beispiel hat es nur einen Sonnenschirm, Diesen muss man immer herumschieben, damit man im Schatten ist. Eine gemütliche Lounge auf der Terrasse wäre auch schön gewesen oder besser noch eine Sonnenstore, denn am Morgen konnte man nicht draussen Frühstücken da die Sonne geblendet hat. In der Küche hat auch so Manches gefehlt. Aber sonst liegt die Villa schön abgelegen man hat Ruhe und und ist schnell mit dem Auto in einer der vielen Buchten. Danke für den Urlaub!
