Stairs lead you to the ground floor where you will find the spacious, open-plan living area with a comfortable sofa. Here you will also find the dining area and a fully equipped, modern kitchen. Floor-to-ceiling windows not only provide ample light, but also a magnificent view of the wonderful, green surroundings while a combination of modern design, high-quality furnishings and the best materials create a warm and luxurious atmosphere. There is also a cosy bedroom with a double bed on the ground floor. Four more bedrooms with TV are air-conditioned and located on the first floor. All bedrooms have a private bathroom for maximum comfort.
Two more bedrooms can be found in the guest house which features an open plan living and dining area with kitchen and direct access to the infinity - pool. Directly above the lake is another special feature. Enjoy the benefits of a professionally equipped summer kitchen with a beautiful fireplace, a large dining table and a relaxing lounge area suitable for all seasons. A large glass door leads you directly to the large, carefully tended garden that surrounds the luxury holiday home.

The nearest beaches are in the idyllic fishing village of Fazana (20 km) with a beautiful harbour from where tourist boats take you to one of the most beautiful national parks in Croatia - Brioni.
A wide range of tourist amenities can be found in the breath taking historic town of Rovinj (30 km) and be sure to visit the region capital, Pula, where a magnificent Roman amphitheatre hosts regular film screenings, cultural events and live concerts by world famous artists.
Not to be missed are the quaint medieval villages of Svetvincenat (8 km), Vodnjan (8 km) and Bale (15 km) filled with picturesque squares, narrow stone streets and cosy tavernas, shops and bars.
Beside cultural and historical beauties, this region offers an exceptional gastronomic experience which can be savoured in the many restaurants, agrotourisms and local cellars only a short drive away.
