Cosy villa with private pool near Rovinj

This beautiful, charming villa is located in the little town of Bale, near the beautiful town of Rovinj, on the western coast of the Istrian Peninsula. Villa Daniela Bale is the perfect size if you want to spend a relaxing vacation with your closest family.
The ground floor of the villa features a living area with balcony doors and TV, as well as a warm and cosy kitchen in country style with a nice dining area. One bathroom is also located on the ground floor. The first floor is where the two bedrooms are located, each with a private bathroom, TV and air conditioning. The villa is located only 5 km from the beach, but also offers a refreshing private pool with sun loungers and an outdoor shower. An outdoor dining area and grill are also at your disposal if you want to let your inner chef shine. :).

The picturesque town of Bale, located at a height of 140 m above sea level in the western part of the Istrian peninsula, has long roots going all the way back to the Roman period. Bale is nestled in the valley between numerous picturesque hills. It is a little roman city famous for its history, old stone houses and forts. If you are a history and architecture lover, you should definitely visit the Gothic-Renaissance palace or old churches. Although Bale is a small town, in the summer it offers a lot of interesting cultural events - the Castrum Vallis art exhibition or the open-air Jazz festival. In the museum Ulika, you can see stunning dinosaur bones, dating back 200 million years. Just 15 km away, there is the magnificent touristy town Rovinj with numerous restaurants, cafés, shops and museums. Visit the famous baroque church of st. Euphemia. In the surroundings of Rovinj, you can enjoy horse riding, hiking or jogging. Visit Pula (25 km away) and admire the famous Roman amphitheatre or make a day trip to the National park of Brijuni.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit kleinen Abzügen für Service und Sauberkeit. Wir können die vorherigen Bewertungen nur bestätigen, tolle Ausstattung, die Küche lässt kaum Wünsche offen, ausgezeichnete Lage. Leider waren die Bezüge der Sonnenliegen am Pool ziemlich fleckig und Bereich um /im aussengrill war staubig/schmutzig. Sonja hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen, war dann aber nicht so hilfreich beim Lösen von Problemen: die mittleren Stützen vom Bett waren umgeknickt/beschädigt, somit hing das Bett in der Mitte durch. Mein Mann hat die provisorische Reparatur durchgeführt unter Beobachtung von Sonja. Wechsel der Handtücher und Bettwäsche erfolgte erst auf Nachfrage und wurde „nur“ abgeliefert. Schmutzwäsche wurde nicht mitgenommen. Da wir schon einmal Gäste von myistria waren, waren wir über den anderen Standard verwundert. Klagen auf hohem Niveau, aber da wir uns bewusst für myistria entschieden haben aufgrund des großartigen Services und Standards bei der letzten Buchung waren wir ein ganz bisschen enttäuscht.
Die Villa Daniela hält was sie verspricht. Sie ist sehr modern und hochwertig ausgestattet. Die Küche ist komplett eingerichtet mit viel Geschirr und Besteck und allen erforderlichen Utensilien ausgestattet. Alle 3 Bäder sind sehr geräumig.. In allen 3 Wohnräumen sind gut funktionierende Klimageräte installiert, Insgesamt ist das Haus sehr großzügig eingerichtet. Der überdachte Pool ist perfekt. Bei unseren Kindern kam der Kühlschrank mit Eisfunktionen besonders gut an.. Die Kommunikation sowohl mit dem Eigentümer als auch der Hausverwalterin waren vorbildlich, Zur Lage: Das Zentrum und die Fußgängerzone von Bale ist fußläufig in max. 5 Minuten zu erreichen, Dort findet man Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Butiga ultra, Studenac sowie einen kleinen Bäcker) und Gastronomie mit unterschiedlicher Ausrichtung. Besonders gut haben uns das Jazzcafe und die Bar im Palazzo Bembo gefallen. Sehenswert ist auch die Olivenölproduktion Grubic am Ortseingang. Für uns war Bale und die Villa Daniela die perfekte Kombination.
