Lovely family villa near Rovinj with private pool

Villa Dream Place is located in the romantic village of Bale, just a short drive from Rovinj. This unique villa is suitable for families and groups.
With a total of 120 square meters of living space, it can accommodate up to 6 people. The open ground floor consists of a modern living room with a TV, a fully modern kitchen, a dining area with a large family table, and a bathroom. Upstairs there are 3 lovingly decorated bedrooms with double beds, all with a TV and air conditioning. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom, while the other is shared. If you want to spend your holiday in the sun, you will find a large and very inviting pool in front of the villa. Just a few steps away is the beautiful covered terrace, where you can relax on the comfortable garden sofa and watch the children having fun on the trampoline. There is also a barbecue and an outdoor dining area for fancy lunches and dinners. Everything is done in a very warm style and makes you feel at home. Villa Dream Place is located in the romantic village of Bale, just a short drive from Rovinj. The location of the villa itself is an ideal starting point for many day trips, but if you choose not to leave the village, small shops and restaurants are within walking distance from the villa. We recommend visiting coastal towns such as Rovinj with beautiful colorful streets, the town of Pula with Roman remains, or the town of Porec, which will delight you with its cobbled streets, and the Euphrasius Basilica, which is on the UNESCO World Heritage list. For all nature lovers, a visit to the Brijuni National Park is a must, where you can enjoy the beautiful pebble beaches, a drive on the island, and visit a safari park. The hinterland of Istria will enchant you with its numerous olive groves and picturesque hills, where medieval towns such as Motovun, Groznjan, and Buzet are located. Wir waren im Juni 2023 in Bale in diesem Haus. Austattung ist TOP. Alles sauber und es fehlt an nichts. Die Besitzerin ist äußerst nett und hilfsbereit. Bei Ankunft hat sie uns ein paar Tips und Infos gegeben welchen wir auch nachgegangen sind und diese bestätigen können. Wir werden wieder kommen! DANKE!
Sehr groß und sauber. Ideal für Familien, da es sehr ruhig ist. Es gibt wenige Nachbarn in der Umgebung, weil es ein Neubaugebiet ist. Die Küche ist mehr als vollständig ausgestattet. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
