Amazing Villa Koko, located on the outskirts of Rovinjsko Selo, a small town near Rovinj, is the ideal holiday home for up to 12 guests that search for pure relaxation and comfort. The villa has a large garden with a large private pool, 12 cosy sun loungers, and a covered dining area with charcoal barbecue, ideal for al fresco dining on sunny days.
The interior, spread on 600 m2 and divided into two floors consists of in total 6 bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and an air-conditioning. 5 bedrooms are located on the ground floor, and one on the upper floor. The fully equipped kitchen with its dining area and the living room are set on the upper floor, which enables amazing views of the surroundings and the sea. Lots of glass surfaces provide natural light in the interior, which is decorated simply, yet luxuriously. For some more relaxing moments, a large indoor jacuzzi and a sauna are at your disposal. For additional entertainment, the villa has an air-conditioned cinema hall equipped large spacious couch with reclining and sitting areas. The 75'' Smart TV with high-quality image and surround speakers will enhance the realistic impression of each movie. Along with the hot popcorn from the machine in the movie theater, entertainment is guaranteed. Villa Koko provides everything for a careless holiday in the privacy of your own piece of paradise, while all amenities such as restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance. Lim Bay is just a short drive away, as well as the romantic town of Rovinj and its surrounding beaches.

Der Aufenthalt in der Villa Koko war perfekt! Die Eigentümer kümmern sich persönlich um die Liegenschaft, sind bestrebt ihren Gästen einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu bieten und erfüllen wünsche wie zusätzliche Sonnenschirme sofort. Von der Vermieterin bekamen wir einmal einen leckeren Kirschkuchen. Die Zimmer sind groß und schön. Probleme mit dem Strom hatten wir nicht. Das W-Lan funktioniert an manchen Stellen im Haus sehr gut, aber nicht überall. Die Villa Koko wurde dem Angebot mehr als gerecht!

Sehr schöne Villa, Super Betreuung vor Ort durch die Vermieter.
Leider gab es Probleme mit dem Strom - mehrmals am Tag sind die Sicherungen geflogen wodurch diverse Geräte ausgefallen sind (Waschmaschine, Poolpumpe, Whirlpool, Sauna).
Paralleles Nutzen dieser Geräte führte immer wieder zu Stromausfällen.
Da wir unkompliziert sind haben wir darüber hinweggesehen - ob andere das bei dem Preis "ignorieren" bezweifle ich.
