Villa Malipiero Residence is a unique villa in the heart of Rovinj on the west coast of Istria, which can accommodate up to 12 people and offers you all the amenities you could wish for a dream vacation in Croatia. Located in the charming old town and only a few meters from the sea you have a view from the upper floors of this villa that will take your breath away.

Villa Malipiero Residence consists of several floors, each of which is special. On the first level, there is a well-equipped fitness room and a wellness area with a sauna and a bathroom. Relax here or work out some sport. Level 2 consists of 2 comfortable bedrooms and 2 modern en-suite bathrooms. On the third level, you will find 2 further bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, a vinotheque with a small kitchen and dining table for 6 people. Level 4 has the living area with a kitchen and dining area, a library and an outdoor terrace. Here you have a wonderful view of the sea. One level up there is another lovely living room, a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom. On the 6th floor, there is a nice, comfortable bedroom with a balcony, which offers you a wonderful view of the sea and the islands. Another bathroom is also available here. From the top floor, you have a 180-degree panoramic view of the sea that will enchant you. On this 7th floor, there is a bedroom and a modern bathroom. The villa is fully air-conditioned and all bedrooms have a TV. Villa Malipiero Residence offers a lot of additional services as in-house wine tasting, private chef, massage, yoga classes, personal fitness training, private transfer, guided tours, boat rentals and bike rentals.
