Charming villa with private pool near Rovinj

Villa Masi is a beautiful old restored villa that is ideal for a relaxing holiday in Istria for a group of 6 guests. On the outside and throughout the interior of the villa, the stone walls add up to the antique feel and bring nostalgia to the old days when houses were built in that manner.
On the ground floor of Villa Masi, you will encounter an open-concept living room with a dining table for 6 and a fully-equipped kitchen. In the living room, there is a comfortable corner sofa with a TV. From the living room, the stairs are leading up to the first floor, where you will find 2 further bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has a double bed, and the other one has 2 single beds that can be assembled into one on request. Keep going up the stairs and you will finally reach the attic with a spacious bedroom with a double bed and additional sofa bed, and ensuite bathroom. The exterior of the villa is very spacious, with a nice, refreshing pool and sun loungers for you to enjoy. The Mediterranean plants around the yard are adding a nice touch to the overall impression of the villa.

This villa is situated in the small village Kurili, which is in the municipality Kanfanar, in the inner part of Istria. Here you can find medieval ruins of Dvigrad and pristine nature of Lim bay and numerous archaeological sites. This region is considered the home of the Istrian ox, an once almost endangered animal and fuzi – the queen of Istrian pasta. Istrian ox and fuzi are a central part of Kanfanar’s biggest event - Jakovlje, where you can experience Istria as it once was. If you would like to keep active, the Kanfanar region offers numerous bike and walking trails. There are also climbing opportunities in Dvigrad or in Lim bay. Only 15 minutes away from Kurili lies beautiful Rovinj, which is a true historical gem and offers plenty of summer festivities, like the Croatian Summer Salsa Festival.

Wir haben in der Villa Masi einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und aufmerksam und haben uns mit Kuchen und Likör begrüßt. Das Haus und der Pool sind in einem Top-Zustand. Bei der Ausstattung wurde wirklich an alles gedacht. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
Wonderful villa! From the first moment we arrived, we have noticed, that passion is embedded in every part and detail of this place. Very comfortable, very, very clean. Well equipped kitchen, with everything you might need. Nice surroundings, quiet and calm. Cozy beds, spacious bathrooms. And our hosts...very nice people, hospitable and more than attentive.
