Charming villa with pool near Kanfanar

Villa No24 is an amazingly beautiful villa, situated conveniently between Rovinj and Poreč, so it is a perfect starting point for those who wish to explore these two tourist hotspots. The villa has three bedrooms.
Two are situated on the first floor, each with a double bed, air condition and ensuite bathroom. The third is situated on the ground floor and has the same amenities as the other two. Apart from the bedroom, there is also a kitchen with dining area and living room on the ground floor. All rooms have been designed and decorated with attention to every detail and therefore this villa is really something special. Even the outdoor area is very stylish with a gazebo-like lounge area that is great for relaxation next to the pool or even an afternoon nap. The villa is entirely air-conditioned, has Wifi and 2 parking spaces.
Villa No24 is not a party house and youth groups are not permitted.

Villa No24 is located in Barat, a village on the slopes ofthe Lim valley and near to Kanafanar. Surrounded by fields, olive groves, vineyards on the typical red earth and oak forests, Barat represents the ideal place for a holiday. On an altitude of 290 m, away from the hustle and bustle, it provides clean air and quietness. Barat is located in the southwestern part of the peninsula, close to the Istarski ipsilon highway which will in less than half an hour get you to all major destinations in Istria. Nearby Barat there is Dvigrad, ruines of an abandoned medieval city.

What a wonderfull home!!! It was beautifully designed, both in an architecturale way as a functional way (all was thought of). We immediately felt at home… The pool was marvellous. It was heated and salty (no chlorine), so we were in there a lot when we were at home. The village is really quiet, so very relaxing. And all the interesting sites can be reached within 30-45 minutes. The hosts were really nice as well, welcoming and helpfull. We had a perfect time here!
Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Die Unterkunft ist wie auf den Fotos - hochwertig, sauber und viele kleine Extras. Jeder Raum ist liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Vermieter Ita & Zac sind super nett und haben uns in jeder Hinsicht unterstützt. Die Empfehlungen zur Anreise haben sich gelohnt. Wir können das Gesamtpaket nur weiterempfehlen und werden bestimmt wieder kommen!!
