This beautiful, modern villa is not only offering an exclusive Interior, but also numerous extra activities for relaxation like the Finnish sauna or the Jacuzzi located in the wellness area on the ground floor of the villa. Here you will also find a blue-styled open concept living room connected to the dining room and a modern, completely equipped kitchen.
While eating together, you can overlook the inviting swimming pool just a few steps away from you. You can also eat outdoors and use the grill. The outdoor area offers a lot of garden furniture and sun loungers to relax next to the private pool. On the first floor, you can find lovely furnished bedrooms with elegant details and contemporary paintings all in wonderful colour combinations. Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom and from two bedrooms you can enter on the balcony, ideal for your first-morning coffee. Villa Orion will treat you with its unbelievable interior and great relaxation opportunities, all of this while you enjoy your holidays close to the sea and the city of Rovinj! This villa is not a party house and youth groups (younger than 25 years old) are not allowed!.

Villa Orion is located in the wonderful, touristy city of Rovinj with a lot of things to sightsee, Rovinj is placed on the western part of the Istrian peninsula, north of the Lim channel. It is not only a romantic city with narrow streets and Mediterranean houses, but here you can also see the rugged coastline with 14 little islands which you can visit with the boat. In the summer you can also visit the open-air gallery in Grisija street, which turns into a creative street with a lot of charm. You should not miss visiting the Church of St. Euphemia (you can also climb up the tower and enjoy the amazing view from above), the local Museum of Rovinj in the baroque palace and the whole old city centre or the beautiful park Zlatni rat in the southern part of the city. Walking or cycling along the seaside in a centuries-old sheltered park will offer you unique holiday memories. Here you will find many bars and restaurants with tasty Istrian specialities.
