Lovely villa with private pool in Rovinj

This lovely ground floor villa is located in a calm rural area, close to the sea, in the suburbs of the beautiful town of Rovinj. Villa Sessa, set on a more than 2000 m2 large plot, offers the perfect accommodation for up to 4 persons.
It consists of two bedrooms, each with a double bed and TV. The villa is lovingly and stylishly decorated and provides 6 sitting places in the dining area and a stereo system and a SAT TV in the living area. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you might need for cooking during your holiday. There is also a charcoal barbecue outside, on the covered terrace with a dining table. The nice private pool and the outdoor shower will provide you some refreshment during the warm summer days. The villa is air-conditioned and offers also shaded private parking space.

Villa Sessa is situated only one kilometer from the sea in Rovinj. The villa is located in a peaceful natural setting and is surrounded by beautiful green nature and acre land. The ideal location for an escape from the hustle of modern city life! Rovinj was once a small fishing village, but today it is a popular tourist destination with rich cultural heritage. The charming narrow streets of this medieval town hide numerous galleries, restaurants, bars and cafes. Rovinj is located only 40 km from Pula and has long been known as the town with favorable and beneficial mild climate. The entire coastline, with its 22 islands is an area of protected natural heritage. The town is dominated by the baroque St. Euphemia Church. From its tower, you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the town. This place provides numerous options for an unforgettable holiday: walking and cycling trails, sailing, climbing, diving, paragliding, tennis, archeological monuments, exquisite culinary specialties and beautiful beaches. Mysterious and romantic, this old town is a place worth visiting!

Ein wunderbarer Familienurlaub in der Villa Sessa! Das Haus verfügt über eine sehr gute Ausstattung sowie geschmackvolle Einrichtung und Samantha ist eine sehr sympathische und stets hilfsbereite Gastgeberin.
Beautiful and well appointed villa. Samantha was an absolutely wonderful host. Villa has outstanding and super comfortable bedding, fabulous bathrooms, well appointed kitchen. Charcoal outdoor BBQ only.. Pool is lovely and outdoor space is perfect. Villa is super fresh with wonderful scents and diffusers throughout (owner runs a perfume shop, and best smelling villa we have ever stayed in!).. Private, but only downside is that you can hear street noise as the villa is located on busy street. Also, many local farmers/neighbours with tractors. Definitely, not a perfect place to stay if you like silence/peacefulness, but otherwise a very lovely place to stay in a good location not far from Rovinj centre. Would generally give a 4 star rating, but the location and proximity to road with road noise made this a 3-3.5 star villa for us.
