Villa Stanza Campitelli is a large stone villa near Rovinj that has a private swimming pool and consists of four separate houses rented as a single unit. The house is bright and airy, an old restored property decorated with modern furniture in a way that doesn't clash with its origins.
There is a lot of exposed brick and stone and old beams purposely left out during remodelling, and the colour scheme of the interior is natural and relaxing. One bathroom and a bedroom are located on the ground floor of the first house, and another bedroom and a small kitchenette are on the first floor. The ground floor of the second house consists of one bedroom and one bathroom, the first floor of a kitchen, living room and bathroom and the second floor of two bedrooms. The third house has a big living area on the ground floor, a kitchen and bathroom on the first floor and two bedrooms on the second floor. The ground floor of the fourth house consists of a kitchen, living area and bathroom and two bedrooms on the first floor.
All four houses have a small dining area in each of them for four persons. In the backyard of the house, there is a swimming pool with sun loungers next to it. The pool will offer you the refreshment you need during summer days, and you can soak up the sun on the loungers while reading your favourite book and sipping a cold drink. There is a large dining area in the backyard that can accommodate 18 persons, perfect for those large family and friends meals, and you have a BBQ at your disposal to show off the grill skills you have been working on. There are a few lounge areas scattered around the yard where you can relax and enjoy your vacation days in peace and quiet.
Bookings are possible only from Sunday to Sunday. The villa is rented exclusively on a weekly basis!.
Villa Stanza Campitelli is located in the small and peaceful tourist village of Krmed, surrounded by wonderful nature, lush green fields and hills, nearby the beautiful west Istrian coastline and the antic city of Rovinj. In the past Rovinj was an island, a small Roman town, but centuries later the peninsula was formed. Today Rovinj is one of the most romantic places in Istria, a place where you will walk through the web of old cobbled streets of the old city core, which slowly go up the top of the hill where you will find St. Euphemia church, the most important landmark of Rovinj. If you are not afraid of heights and you go atop the church tower, you will be greeted by the stunning view over the city and surrounding area. From the land, you can enjoy the view of the old town, especially during sunsets when the colours of the fiery red sky and cold blue sea mix. Istria is well known for its cuisine, especially by the use of truffles in the dishes. As some of the best truffles in the world are found in Istria, Rovinj as well as the wider area offers many restaurants that will fulfil every gastro enthusiasts needs.
We had a great time at the Villa with 10 adults and 5 little children at the beginning of june '23. Everything was great. The kids enjoyed the swimmingpool. Very nice host. The rooms are great and clean. To go to Rovinj or other towns you need a car.
It is great that every family had there own privacy and still be together.
Es ist ein Traum.
Die Villa bzw. das Gelände hat sehr viel Platz und überzeugte uns durch die liebevolle Einrichtung. Die Besitzer waren sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. In jedem Haus gab es ein Willkommensgruß aus selbst gemachtem Likör, ein wenig Käse und Weintrauben. Ich muss leider einen Stern abziehen.
Es gab zwar in jedem Haus eine Klimaanlage, nur leider hat nicht jedes Zimmer eine gehabt. Somit war es in einigen Räumlichkeiten nicht kühl genug, um dort angenehm schlafen zu können. Dennoch würden wir dieses Haus/Villa noch einmal buchen.
