As its name indicates, the beautiful modern Villa Sunray 1 is flooded with rays of the sun at sunrise and sunset, offering magnificent panoramic views of the sea, and the small picturesque town of Primosten which is less than a kilometre away.

The ground floor is laid out as a large open space, hosting a comfortable modern retro style living room, with a fireplace and direct access to the outside area and pool. The living room transitions to a lovely bright dining area and a modern kitchen with all necessary amenities.
The equally modern designed wide wooden staircase leads you to the first floor, where the 4 ensuite double bedrooms are located. The bedrooms are designed in a modern but functional and comfortable manner, each featuring a tv and private bathroom, ensuring sound sleep and rest. All rooms are equipped with A/C. The upper floor also has a terrace, which is ideal for enjoying the lovely views while having a coffee or tea.
Once you step out of the living room, you will find an external dining area with mesmerising sea views, right next to the large pool, where you can enjoy your meals with family and friends.
Last but not least, the villa is equipped with table tennis & darts for additional entertainment and activities. It has WiFi and parking space for a max of 6 cars (of which 2 in a garage)

Villa Sunray 1 is located in the small town of Primosten, between the known cities of Sibenik and Trogir, in Central Dalmatia. Nested only 700 m from this small yet picturesque small town situated on a peninsula, all the necessary amenities you might need are within 1 km from the villa.
Primosten offers everything a guest needs for an enjoyable stay - most importantly, the beautiful nature that offers lovely beaches for everyone's taste. Primosten harbour is well-protected from northeast and northwest winds. On the slopes around the town are the well-known vineyards of Primosten. You can plan a trip to the nearby National Park Krka. Just 30 minutes away by boat is the National park Kornati with about 60 islands.
