Villa Royal 1 Podstrana is located in the small place Podstrana, only a short drive from the city of Split. The villa has a total of 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6+2 people.
The interior is characterized by clean lines and modern design. The open ground floor consists of a modern and well-equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room with stunning sea views. A bedroom with an en-suite bathroom is also located on the ground floor and has direct access to the terrace. On the first floor, there are two more bedrooms with double beds and en-suite bathrooms. All bedrooms have air conditioning and a TV. The terrace on the first floor offers you an additional private spot to enjoy the panoramic view. In front of the villa is a private pool where you can relax while reading your favourite book or soaking up the sun. All necessary amenities such as shops, restaurants, and cafes are just a short walk from the villa. Spend your holiday on beautiful pebble beaches, ideal for families with children. The villa is located in central Dalmatia, making it an ideal base for many day trips. Visit the city of Split and its Diocletian's Palace with its many narrow streets and top restaurants. Don't miss visiting the islands of Brac, Solta, and Hvar, or maybe even the island of Vis, which is quite different from other islands in the Adriatic. Relax in the beautiful nature, in numerous national parks and nature reserves. For all adrenaline lovers, visit the river Cetina, where you can enjoy rafting and zipline, or drive to Biokovo mountain and take a walk on the skywalk.
