The beautiful stone villa Casa Bella is located in a small Istrian village surrounded by unspoiled nature in an enchanting landscape. In front of the villa, there is a spacious pool surrounded by a wonderful garden as well as a beautiful covered terrace with a dining table and barbecue where you can spend wonderful moments with family and friends on warm summer evenings.

The interior of the villa exudes a pleasant atmosphere and Istrian charm. On the ground floor of the villa, there is a living room with a fireplace and a charming kitchen with a dining area. On the same floor, you will find two nicely furnished bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet. The living room and kitchen give you access to a wonderful terrace where you have the opportunity to enjoy your morning coffee with a view of the fairytale surroundings and unspoiled nature. On the upper floor, there are 2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom and one more bedroom with its own bathroom. On the same floor, you will find a spacious terrace with a wonderful view of the surroundings. There is a children's playground and table tennis for the youngest family members. The charming Villa Casa Bella is located in the small Istrian village of Zudetici. Quiet location surrounded by nature offers everything you need for a relaxing family vacation. If you decide to take short trips in the area, the towns of Vizinada, Groznjan, Motovun or Momjan are definitely worth visiting - historical Istrian towns that exude an Istrian atmosphere and offer a wide gastronomic offer of local specialties. About 20 kilometers away from the villa you will find the nearest beach in Porec. Visit the coastal towns of Porec, Novigrad and Umag and visit the main cultural sights. In the summer months these towns also offer an interesting entertainment program. For lovers of active tourism, Istria offers numerous hiking and biking trails. Go on a short biking tour and discover the beauties of the Istrian nature!

Bedommelse:

We stayed with 9... 4 adults, and 5 children, for a week. Very nice property equipped with pool, sunbeds, bbq, equipped kitchen and air-conditioning in the bedrooms Unfortunately outside dining was a little difficult due to wasps...
