Villa Casa Cupra is a fantastic family villa, only 3km from the sea, near Umag, in the north of the west coast of Istria. The villa is surrounded by old olive groves.
An 80m2 pool is at the heart of the villa, where you will likely spend most of your vacation. Take a dip in the turquoise blue water or relax on one of the sun loungers while reading a good book. The covered terrace offers you a cosy lounge and a dining table that can seat 10 guests and enjoy delicious meals that you have prepared yourself on the charcoal grill. If you enter the interior of the villa from the terrace, you will find yourself in the open living area with a fireplace, comfortable seating, a dining table, and a fully equipped modern kitchen as well as a separate toilet. The first floor of the main house has 3 beautiful bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The master bedroom even has a free-standing bathtub in the room. Villa Casa Cupra is located in a quiet village north of Umag, only 3km away from the nearest beach and all the amenities that such a city offers. Ein prachtvolles Haus ein wunderbarer Pool und eine tolle Ausstattung, es gab nichts, was es nicht gab. Einfach traumhaft. Vielen lieben Dank liebe Gastgeber für diese schönen und unkomplizierten Ferien. Wir waren hier mit 7 Kindern von 15-0 Jahren, alle haben es genossen, top Lage top Haus, unkomplizierter, freundlicher und sehr netter Hausmanager vor Ort.
Wunderschön - noch besser als auf den Bildern! Wir haben besonders den riesigen Pool genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hab die Zeit in dem wunderschönen Haus sehr genossen.
Es ist ruhig gelegen und doch nicht weit von Geschäften und der Promenade Umag entfernt.
Einrichtung Top!
Pool schön groß, war perfekt für die Kids!
Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Alen empfangen, der auch bei allen Fragen und Problemen immer erreichbar war.
Können das Haus nur empfehlen!
Absolutes Top Haus, geschmackvolle Einrichtung, gepflegter Garten, tolle Aussicht und ein großer Pool.
Wir haben die Zeit richtig genossen und konnten uns sehr gut erholen.
Der „Hauskeeper“ war rund um die Uhr für uns zu erreichen und bei Problemen wurde schnell eine Lösung gefunden (defekte Spülmaschine).

Absolute Herzensempfehlung! Wir durften eine Woche in der absolut traumhaften, sehr modernen und perfekt ausgestatteten Villa Casa Cupra verbringen.
Perfekte Unterkunft für einen entspannten Urlaub - umgeben von nur wenigen Häusern und vielen Olivenbäumen, trotzdem
aber nicht zu weit weg von Städten wie Umag, Novigrad, usw.. Alles war vorhanden, der Pool sehr groß und die Unterkunft sehr sauber. Uns fehlte es an Nichts!
Housekeeper Alen stand uns 24/7 mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und kümmerte sich sehr um uns Gäste.
Alles in Allem eine super tolle Unterkunft, welche wir nur zu 100% weiterempfehlen können. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

We spend a wonderful week in Villa Casa Cupra with family and friends. The villa is really well designed, beautifully furnished and well equipped. The pool, sauna and additional entertainment area are also grat. Also the location is very good - on one hand it is calm and completely private with beautiful views to the olive trees garden and sea (from upper terrace / floor), on the other hand it is just a few minutes away (by car) from many good restaurants, nice and not-too-crowded beaches and a beautiful city of Umag with its old-town, shops and night-life.
Just two minor flaws were: 1) lack of garbage bins for sorted waste (there was only one not-too-large bin outside for unsorted garbage and it was difficult to find any for sorted waste in the nearby villages) and 2) not-too-well operating / broken lock to the main entrance door.
All else was really great !

Sensationell. Ruhig. Stylisch. Traumhaft. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden was man nur irgendwie benötigt. Der Ansprechpartner vor Ort ist extrem hilfsbereit und kümmert sich sofort um jedes Anliegen. Einfach großartig. Der Pool sehr groß. Alles aehr sauber und in einem hervorragenden Zustand. TOP

Wir haben uns in diesem traumhaft schönen Haus sehr, sehr wohlgefühl.
Das großzügige Ambiente und der wunderschöne Garten sind einfach perfekt um entspannte Ferien zu genießen. Es fehlt einfach an nichts in diesem Haus.
Viele Dank für die sehr erholsamen zwei Wochen.

Eine wunderschöne Villa!
Absolut empfehlenswert und einfach nichts zu bemängeln. Die Außenanlage - Terrasse & Pool - ist einfach ein absoluter Traum. Die gesamte Einrichtung, der Stil, der Komfort, die Dekoration, ist perfekt!

Naše društvo je boravilo u Casa Cupra za vrijeme Novogodišnjih praznika 2021/2020. Kuća je sjajno koncipirana i apsolutno sadrži sve što je potrebno za sjajan odmor.
Vlasnici su mislili na sve što bi gosti mogli trebati.
