Restored villa near Umag

Charming old restored Villa Druskovic is located in the small hamlet of Triban, a few minutes' drive from the medieval town of Buje. The two-storey has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6+2 guests.
The villa's ground floor consists of an open-plan living area with a fireplace, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. Here you can also find a wellness area with a sauna and a separate bathroom. Upstairs are 3 comfortable design bedrooms each with a double bed and two bedrooms with a shower. The outdoor area is the highlight of the villa. The villa features a large private pool, a big terrace with a lounge area and a jacuzzi. Here you can relax and enjoy the beautiful view of the Italian and Slovenian coast and the mountains. Just a few steps away from the pool is the covered summer well-equipped kitchen with a dining area. This is the perfect place for a family gathering where you can enjoy delicious meals prepared on the charcoal grill. Villa Druskovic is located in the northern part of Istria, not far from Umag, in the small village of Triban. The villa is an ideal starting point for numerous excursions and activities. We recommend a trip to the medieval town of Buje, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. Visit the wine cellar of the Kozlović family, who will guide you through their wine cellar and then taste different wines with a beautiful view of the vineyards. Try traditional Istrian dishes such as fuži with truffles, ombolo or Istrian beef boškarin. For all culture lovers, we recommend a visit to the city of Pula and its amphitheatre, the romantic town of Rovinj with its colourful houses and the medieval towns in the centre of Istria such as Motovun, Buzet or Grožnjan. Golf lovers will be thrilled by the proximity of the golf course with a total of 18 holes, located at the easternmost point of Croatia, Cape Savudrija. If you have more time, we strongly recommend a day trip by boat to Venice.
