Charming villa with private pool near Umag

On 186 m2, villa Eva offers accommodation for 8 persons in 4 bedrooms. One of the bedrooms with a double bed is located next to the stairs and the small bathroom with a shower on the ground floor.
There is also a bright, modern open concept living room with a dining room and completely equipped kitchen. From this pleasant space, flooded with natural light bursting through the glass french doors, you reach the amazing pool and the outdoor eating area. While the kids are playing on the trampoline you can cool down in the pool, sun bathe on the sun loungers or prepare delicious meals and eat them next to the fireplace-grill. The interior of the villa is furnished in a modern way and offers relaxing and peaceful holidays. On the first floor there are 3 comfortable bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. 2 bedrooms offer double beds and the third has two single beds. All the rooms in the villa are heated and cooled with ACs. From the rooms on the first floor you can get out on the big shared balcony overlooking the green landscape of Istria. Enjoy your evenings with a glass of local Istrian wine from this region famous for its wine streets.

Villa Eva is located in a little village Kaštel on a hill above the river Dragonja, which offers a stunning view on the Istrian landscape. Kaštel is nestled in the northwestern part of the peninsula Istria, close to the little city Buje which you should definitely visit. Buje is only 2 km away from the villa and this city is also being called the city of wine and olive oil. Here you can admire a lot of well-preserved medieval age churches, visit an ethnographic museum or just relax and take a walk along the numerous wine streets and try local wine and olive oil. For lovers of active holidays, there are many bike paths in this region. Relax in the wonderful nature in the shadows of pines next to the crystal clear sea of the beach Kanegra, just 8,5 km away from the villa. The touristy hub Umag is just a 15 minutes ride away. Umag offers a lot of sights, restaurants, shops, cafés, bars and events. One of famous event is the world-known Tennis cup ATP Croatia Open, held in July.
