Villa Kanedolo is located in an idyllic location not far from the romantic town of Momjan. The villa is surrounded by romantic vineyards that irresistibly remind of Tuscany and invite you to fall in love with Istria.
The house itself was designed and decorated in a blend of traditional country and modern style. The villa can accommodate up to 9 persons and consists of 3 floors. The bright open concept living/ dining are with kitchen is located on the ground floor, where you will also find a guest WC. The 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are distributed over the 2 upper floors. 2 bedrooms, of which one has an ensuite bathroom, are located on the first floor together with one separate bathroom. The other two bedrooms, which share a bathroom, are located on the second floor. From the terrace on the upper floor there is a wonderful view over the vineyards and the romantic surroundings. The lovely ground floor covered terrace with comfortable lounge area is the ideal place for a morning coffee or for watching sunsets in the evening with a glass of Istrian Malvazija. An outdoor kitchen with BBQ and covered dining area is located between the pool and the villa. The beautiful private pool is also surrounded by nature and offers excellent refreshment during warm summer days. Enjoy your vacation in this magical piece of Istrian paradise! :)

Bed linens are provided and changed once per week. All bedrooms have A/C. Baby cot available upon request. The single beds can be put together or separated. The extra bed is a pull out bed.
The beautiful romantic Villa Kanedolo is nested in the small village of Momjan, less than 20 km from the coastal town of Umag with its beautiful pebble and rocky beaches. Momjan and the region around Buje, the nearest town, are well known for picturesque hills, vineyards, olive groves and agrotourism. Do not miss the local Istrian and Mediterranean specialties: truffles, olive oil, Istrian ox boškarin, prosciutto and good Istrian wine. The first Istrian railway, which passes Buje, was recently converted into a biking trail and offers nice rides across the beautiful countryside. The coastal town of Umag offers a wide range of leisure activities and tourist amenities, as well as a small harbour. Excellent restaurants, bars and cafes can be found in the charming cobbled streets of the town. Today Umag is especially known for sport: every July the ATP Croatia Open takes place here, with many big names from the men’s tennis world. Near the town you can find the award-winning Istralandia water park - ideal for a day of fun for the whole family.

Wir hatten das Vergnügen, hier mit Freunden unseren 30. Hochzeitstag zu feiern.
Goran ist sicherlich einer der nettesten und großzügigsten Vermieter, die man sich vorstellen kann.
Das Haus selbst ist wunderschön und hochwertig renoviert und steht in einem idyllischen Garten mit tollem Pool. Innerhalb unserer Ferienwoche hatten wir drei Tage Regenwetter, aber selbst da war das Haus perfekt. Es ist mit soviel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, dass man sich mit Freude auch bei schlechtem Wetter darin aufhält.
Die Betten sind alle herrlich bequem und es gibt ausreichend Hand-u. Badetücher, Bettwäsche, Geschirrtücher, Toiletten- u. Hygieneartikel. Es gibt nur ein Manko: die Zeit geht viel zu schnell vorbei an diesem Ort voller Freude und Harmonie. Sehr, sehr gerne kommen wir zu einem anderen Zeitpunkt wieder zurück.

Wer ein Haus ab vom Massentourismus sucht ist hier genau richtig. Wunderschön in den Weinbergen gelegen bietet es ausreichend Platz für 8-9 Gäste.
Wunderschön mit liebe zum Detail renoviertes altes Haus, hervorragend ausgestattet.
Vom schönen Freisitz mit Grill, Waschbecken, Induktionskochfeld und Kûhlschrank, bis zur komplett ausgestatteten Küche und Spielecke fehlt es an nichts. Schöne Zimmer, super Garten. Alles top. Würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Tolles Haus mit modernen Bädern. Sehr gut eingerichtete Küche. Super Pool und sehr nette Gastgeber.
