All three rooms are air-conditioned and have a double bed and TV. One bedroom is on the first floor and has its own bathroom. The room also has an exit to the terrace where you can relax with a book. On the ground floor of the villa you will find two bedrooms with a double bed and a bathroom. There is also a living room with a TV and a fireplace, which is connected to the dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, in an open space concept. entire area is air-conditioned. Villa La Graziosa is located near the coastal town of Umag. Umag offers a wide range of tourist activities and facilities. Excellent restaurants, bars and cafes can be found on its cobbled streets. Do not miss the opportunity to try truffles, Istrian prosciutto, seafood specialties and homemade cheese. Today, Umag is especially famous for sports: the Croatia Open (part of the ATP World Tour 250 series) is held every July, with many famous names from the world of men's tennis. Not far from the villa is the town of Buje, which is also called the town of wine and olive oil. Here you can admire the well-preserved churches from the Middle Ages, visit the ethnographic museum or just relax and walk along one of the many wine roads and taste local olive oil and wine. For lovers of active vacations, there are also numerous bicycle paths in this region. Not far away is the award-winning Istralandia water park, ideal for a day full of fun for the whole family. The beach in Kanegra, which is the closest to the villa, is a long, pebbly beach and one of the most attractive in Istria.
