5 cozy bedrooms with comfortable double beds, which are located on the upper floor, promise restful nights. Each bedroom has its own modern bathroom and is equipped with air conditioning and TV.

Villa Paradiso dIstria is located on a hill with a fantastic panoramic view of the landscape of northern Istria in the small village of Kucibreg near Momjan and Buje. In these two places you will also find all the amenities you need on vacation: restaurants, cafes, grocery stores and supermarkets. The nearest sandy beach is about 22 km from the villa, north of Umag, named Kanegra. To get to know the region better, we recommend trips to the coastal towns of Umag - known for the ATP tennis tournament - and Novigrad, as well as to the more rural towns of Buje or Motovun - known for its annual film festival. Discover the region while hiking or cycling and enjoy the nature that lies at your feet.

Beautiful villa in a scenic setting. The villa is fully equipped and offers everything you need, everything is very high class and you can tell that the villa was built with a lot of love for details.
On sunny days the pool and the outdoor kitchen are the perfect spots to spend some time and even on cooler or rainy days, the indoor spa with jacuzzi and sauna is just amazing. Another callout is the villa's indoor kitchen which is professionally equipped so no problem to cook (and clean dishes) for 10 people and also always have a cold drink with ice cubes from the ice machine.
The location of the villa is very secluded, so a lot of privacy, but there are several very good restaurants quite close by. Located on a hill, you can watch the sunrise and sunset, also the view on the ocean is very nice.
We spent an amazing time at Villa Paradiso dIstria and can't wait to come back!
