Modern villa with pool near Umag

Villa Pura Vida is located near Umag and it is an excellent choice for a relaxing holiday. The modern villa with a pool offers two bedrooms that can accommodate up to four guests.
Both bedrooms are located on the first floor. The bedrooms are modern and comfortable. Both rooms have a TV and are air-conditioned. The master bedroom offers a double bed, while the second room offers a double bed that can be separated into two single beds if needed. There is also a bathroom on the same floor. On the open ground floor of the villa you will find a bright, modernly decorated living room with a fireplace and a TV, as wells a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also one more bathroom on the floor. The whole ground floor is air-conditioned and ideal for your holiday. The garden of the villa offers you several places to relax. In the first place, there is a private pool with sun loungers. For a break from sunbathing and swimming, you can enjoy the shaded part of the terrace with a relaxation corner located next to the house. In the garden you will also find a shaded dining area with a dining table, as well as a grill where you can try out your culinary skills. Villa Pura Vida is located only a 10-minute drive from Umag. The excellent location of the villa (not far from the town of Umag) combines the best of two worlds: peace and quiet, but also sunny and lively beaches. Istria is famous for its gastronomy. Do not miss your chance and try some truffles, Istrian prosciutto, seafood specialties and local cheese in one of the many wine cellars and farmhouses. In the coastal town of Umag you can find a wide range of leisure activities and tourist amenities, as well as a small harbour. Excellent restaurants, bars and cafes can be found in the charming cobbled streets of the town. Today Umag is especially known for sport: every July the ATP Croatia Open takes place here, with many big names from the men’s tennis world. For lovers of active holidays, we recommend a tour through Savudrija by bike. Bike paths pass by the remains of historic Roman buildings. A visit to Savudrija cannot pass without going to the oldest lighthouse in Croatia, which was built in 1818. Near the villa you can also find the Istralandia water park - ideal for a day of fun for the whole family.

Unglaublich schönes Haus, traumhafter Pool, Auto und Haus sind mit großen, abschließbaren Toren geschützt, alles vollklimatisiert (auch die Schlafzimmer separat), tolle und sehr hochwertige Ausstattung! Ein sehr sehr netter und unkomplizierter Vermieter. Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder! Absolute Empfehlung!
