Villa Arman is a stunning property foreseen for 8 persons, not far from Vizinada, Istria. This luxurious villa was decorated with stylish high-quality furniture and a lot of attention was given to the details in every single room.
However, the owners also kept functionality in mind. Since you will be spending most of your time outdoors, the villa offers a large, inviting pool where you can relax and enjoy the sunny weather on the cosy sun loungers. There is also an outdoor jacuzzi for those that seek extra relaxation, from where you can enjoy the views of untouched nature surrounding you. Sit back and relax, or prepare delicious barbecues on your charcoal grill and enjoy them al fresco when the sun goes down. The kids will also love the size of the property - enough to run around and spend days playing outdoors.
The interior of the villa has no flaws: the ground floor has a modern, open concept that connects the dining area, the living room, and the fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom is also on the ground floor, air-conditioned, and with a private bathroom, of course. The remaining 3 bedrooms, also with private bathrooms, are upstairs on the first floor. Thanks to the large glass surfaces, the villa is bright and airy but the tones used while decorating give it a warm feeling - just like home, or maybe even better! Special treat - the villa has a charging station for electric cars. Don´t wait too long and book this beautiful villa while you can!.
Stunning villa Arman is located in a small Istrian village not far from Vizinada. The location is ideal for all those looking to relax and enjoy themselves in a peaceful environment, however, the coastal towns of Novigrad and Porec, as well as their beaches, are just a short drive away. In the area, you will find a couple of biking and hiking trails in case you want to stay active on vacation.
You can find one of the most beautiful views in Istria in Vižinada. Enjoy vistas of charming hills as well as native vineyards growing on rich land. If you walk through the streets of Vižinada in August, you will be lured to the scents of homemade cakes from the traditional Sweet Istria event. In this event, the hosts prepare traditional Istrian desserts according to old recipes. While the expert jury evaluates the desserts, visitors can enjoy tasting them.
Wir ,zwei befreundete Familien ,konnten einen traumhaften umd super erholsamen Urlaub in der Villa Armann verbringen. Das Haus ist sehr komfortabel, modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Man spürt die Liebe zum Detail. Die Küche umd auch der Rest des Hauses lassen keine Wünsche offen. Bei Fragen hatten die Eigentümer immer ein offenes Ohr für uns und standen uns mit ihrer freundlichen und offenen Art mit Rat und Tat zur Seite .
Wir kommen gerne wieder und bedanken uns für den ausgezeichneten Aufenthalt.. Es war wunderschön !

Ein wirklich sehr schönes Haus. Die Vermieter waren extrem freundlich, zuvorkommend und bei jeder Fragestellung oder Problematik sofort hilfsbereit. Das Haus, sowie die Pool- und Gartenanlage sind sehr gepflegt und sauber. Das vorhandene Jacuzzi bietet das gewisse Extra am Abend oder zum Aufwärmen zwischendurch. Wir waren zwei Wochen in dem Haus und erhielten nach der Hälfte des Aufenthaltes eine komplette Hausreinigung inkl. frischer Bettwäsche sowie neuer Handtücher für Innen und den Pool. In den näheren Städten Porec, Novigrad und Umag kann man am Abend schön flanieren oder zum Essen oder auf ein Getränk einkehren.
Absolut empfehlenswert. Junger und witziger Eigentümer! Haus war absolut sauber bei Ankunft und ist sehr hochwertig eingerichtet. Lage abgeschieden und ruhig. Eigentümer in der Nähe und jederzeit erreichbar. Weinprobe in seinem Anwesen mit inbegriffen. 20 min mit dem Auto nach Porec.
