Magnificent villa with private pool in Istria

This beautiful villa located in the picturesque village of Vizinada is the perfect place to recover and enjoy the well-deserved holidays! Villa BaseCamp is ideal for 6 people. It consists of 3 bedrooms with a double bed.
Each bedroom is air-conditioned and has a TV and its bathroom for maximal comfort for all guests. One of the three bedrooms is located on the ground floor and is partially barrier-free, which makes it suitable for elderly or disabled guests. The open space ground floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and living room. A few steps downstairs you will find the second bedroom with its private bathroom. The third bedroom is located on the upper floor and has access to the beautiful covered terrace. Each room is individually and creatively designed, with lots of attention to detail.
The villa is set on a 750 m2 large plot. Its highlight is the lovely private pool and the pool area that is made for relaxation! An outdoor gas grill is at your disposal for preparing meals outside. Also, make sure to enjoy the new jacuzzi! Villa BaseCamp is the perfect base for exploring this lovely region that offers many interesting day trips, and just less than 20 km is dividing you from the beaches around Porec.

The villa is located in Vizinada, an Istrian village situated at approx. 20 km northeast of Porec and is known for its beautiful landscape. Here you will find vineyards and olive groves. It is recommended to try high-quality local products such as Istrian Malvasia, prosciutto, and olive oil. During your stay, you should visit the coastal tourist hotspot Porec and its Euphrasius Basilica. For those who like an active holiday, cycling in this region is pretty popular. The nearby Parenzana bike route and other marked mountain bike trails are ideal for extended bike tours. The water park Istralandia Aqua Park is also in proximity. Also, we recommend a visit to the lovely medieval hilltop town Motovun, where you can take a walk through the old and narrow streets and enjoy a magnificent view of the green and hilly surroundings.
