Indoors, the villa is divided into 2 floors. On the ground floor, you can spend time together in the living room or prepare delicious meals in the villas fully equipped kitchen. You can always enjoy the outdoors on the covered terrace in front of the villa. The master bedroom is also on the ground floor: it´s air-conditioned, equipped with a TV and a large, high-quality bed and it also has a private bathroom.
The villa is foreseen for a maximum of 8 persons and has a total of 4 bedrooms. The remaining 3 bedrooms, all with private bathrooms and a TV, are located on the first floor and offer lovely views of the surroundings. All the rooms in the villa were decorated with a lot of care, and are basically the perfect mix of modern and vintage furniture with soothing, warm colours.

Villa Edoardo is located in Bajkini, a small Istrian village not far from the town of Vizinada. You can witness one of the most beautiful views of the Green and Blue Istria from the hill rising above the Mirna valley if you visit this small town. The lovely village of Vizinada is approximately 20 km northeast of Porec, one of the tourist hotspots in this area but also one of the oldest towns in Istria. This part of Istria is full of beautiful cycling trails, but one that stands out has to be the famous Parenzana. While spending your vacation in this area, make sure to visit the medieval towns of Groznjan and Motovun and enjoy the views. If you get hungry, Istria is very proud of its gastronomy so visit any of the taverns nearby and we guarantee you that you won´t be disappointed with the food.
Die Villa war sehr schön wie es auch auf den Fotos ersichtlich ist, nur die Villa ist nicht Komplett eingezäunt somit können Hunde und auch andere Tiere auf das Grundstück, auch zu dem nebenstehenden Haus kommen die Tiere da kein Zaun vorhanden ist.
Aber sonst ist die Villa vollkommen in Ordnung.
Die Villa war sauber und im neuesten Zustand. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und der Ort etwas abgelegen. Dadurch hat man weitere Strecken zum Einkaufen oder zum Strand. Der Pool ist groß und sauber gewesen. Ansonsten ist es wie auf den Fotos zu sehen. Alles bestens. Netter Vermieter und Reinigungskräfte.
