Villa Una is a lovely rustic Istrian stone house with a private pool, situated in beautiful central Istria. It has all the necessary amenities for an enjoyable and relaxing holiday.
Villa Una will accommodate you in 4 comfortable bedrooms. Three are located on the ground floor, one with a separate private entrance, and 1 on the first floor with private balcony. The ground floor also hosts a fully equipped kitchen, and living room with dining area. Outside you can use the covered lounge area with view to the pool to relax, as well as an additional dining area with barbeque where you can enjoy a tasty dish with your family. The garden is very suitable for children and also invites to engage in different sports activities like badminton. So, whether you choose to spend your time at the inviting pool to swim and sunbathe, or gathered at the cosy and charming fireplace in the living room – Villa Una will not disappoint You. .

The Villa Una is nested in a small village Baldasi. Baldasi is a small village just a short drive away from the beautiful small medieval town of Vizinada. Vizinada is isolated from its bustle, but still integrated into all the events in the town. If you visit Vizinada, you can witness one of the most beautiful views of the Green and Blue Istria from the hill rising above the Mirna valley. Car is recommended. Beautiful beaches in Porec area are just a short drive away.

Tolles Haus für zwei Familien - Top sauber, in der Küche ist alles vorhanden, Grillhaus perfekt, Pool groß und toll eingebettet; Lage ruhig in 20min an Stränden sowie in Porec und Novigrad. Sehr nette und schnelle Betreuung vor Ort. Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert, wenn man abseits der Massen und trotzdem zentral Ruhe sucht.
