This beautiful beach front property is ideal for small groups or families travelling together. Villa has its private pool directly at the seacoast where You can enjoy Dalmatian sun and sea in a best possible way.
Villa can comfortably accommodate 6 individuals in 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Bedrooms are well equipped combining antique and modern furniture. At the ground floor there is a spacious living room and dining area as well as fully equipped kitchen. You can enjoy al fresco dinning from the nice sized terrace with barbecue overlooking the swimming pool and the sea. Villa is also air-conditioned and has wifi internet access. It is fully walled and gated so you are set for a perfectly relaxing holiday with a breathtaking panoramic sea view just a few steps from the beach. Very good restaurants, shops, bars are all around... yet the villa offers complete privacy with parking space for 2 cars. .

This villa is located near beautiful sea side town Zadar. It is an ancient city built in the centre of the Croatian Adriatic, full of historical and cultural heritage...Romans square from 1st century, church of St. Donat from 9th century and church of St. Marija from year 1091 rebuilt in 16th century, cathedral of St. Stosija from 12th – 13th century, the parts of defences walls by the city harbour, city gate Porta Terra Ferma from year 1543, the tower Bablja, the Palace of Venice governor from year 1607, town building from 1562 and etc… This location offers peace with benefits of position just outside the city centre. Everything is close from here - beach, historic architecture, restaurants, national and nature parks... The villa is located only 10 m from the sea and 500 m from excellent restaurants. If you are looking for activity, remarkable experiences and rich cultural heritage, Zadar is the place for you. There are beach clubs, coffee bars, and after midnight you can enjoy the pleasant atmosphere of night bars and discos. Nothing but fun from sunset till sunrise!

Wir haben 1 woche in den Pfingstferien in dieser Villa zu 4. Urlaub gemacht. Alles im Haus war topgepflegt und sauber. Das Haus direkt am Meer hat einen grandiosen Ausblick auf den Yachthafen oder auf das offene Meer. Schöner kann es nicht sein. Im Ort gibt es eine Bar, einen Fussballplatz und Basketballplatz fußläufig. Ebenso ein Restaurant am Yachthafen. In preko, nicht weit entfernt gibts ein gemütliches Lokal mit Burger, Pizza, etc. Die Aussicht in alle 4 Himmelsrichtungen auf das Meer auf dem Fort Michael ist unbedingt zu empfehlen. Sensationell. Und zuletzt: der Vermieter Ivan ist der beste, freundlichste und hilfsbereiteste Vermieter den wir je hatten! 10 Sterne von 10 für diesen Urlaub!
